I have been having trouble with voice reception. I bought it just before a 3 week drive to Alaska. So I thought it was the remote areas of travel causing the problem. Now that I have been back for 3 weeks, it has not improved. I'll be seeking help from Geek Squad. Overall I like the phone.

This was the best next ti the rugged Samsung Galaxy. I am so heart broken my phone was stolen and I cannot do anything about it. Would get again if only I could afford to.

Best Buy Mobil team was extremely helpful with the new contract. They sold us the best phone without trying to upgrade. The phone was even cheaper than the advertised special.

Just switched from the iPhone 7 plus to the Samsung galaxy s8 and I'm so in love. The only thing that I don't like is the battery life does not last as long as the iPhone.

Frost off I miss the finger print on the front of the phone. Not always practical when sitting at my desk. Also hope they bring back the colors for the edge contacts. Room for improvements that hopefully come with updates.

I had a S-5 and this is an S-8 -- a nice upgrade. The phone seems to hold a charge and is very quick to react to the "commands". The google voice command is very good.

I got this one to replace one, The first one was dropped once and the screen broke and it was in a case. I had geek squad protection and it still cost me $200.00 to replace.

We own several Samsung products. Over the years, we have found all of them very dependable. Two tablets, 4 TVs, DVD players and phones starting with the 5s. Great Products.

I already lag my phone after having it for two weeks.....but there way more to this phone than Samsung say.....the akg headphone are ok....they not worth 100 dollars alone

I'm biased to Samsung phones and they keep getting better. I don't think the curved screen adds too much to the phone but it's not bothersome either. Great phone overall.

I needed to update my galaxy S6 and overall pleased with the S8. I'm not really a fan of the edge as it cuts off my video and pictures. I also really wish that the fingerprint scanner was on the home button rather than on the back. But all in all, a great phone!

I've been using my phone for over a year with no issues. Everything works just like I first got it, which is tough for a new phone! Highly recommended!

I had to upgrade because the battery on my Samsung Galaxy S7 was shot and wouldn't hold a charge. I've only had the phone for a few weeks, but so far I love it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail my sales person showed to me. He reviewed my Sprint account which saved me fifty dollars per month!

Continue to appreciate the value and quality of Samsung. Having an IPhone for work, I have an understanding of both products and would always choose Samsung.

Hard to review due to getting two defective phones in a row. They would not update and had glitches with tabs crashing and short battery life. I ow have the 8+ and it's doing well other than with Yahoo mail which I think is a Yahoo mail app issue.

Needed a new phone and pre-ordered this one. Best Buy was very organized when scheduling appointments for the pre-order customers. Very happy with this phone!

Love this phone and the program bixsby. Only issue I have with bixsby is that I wish she could follow voice commamds. Other than that love this phone

Its a nice phone but with the curved edge, finding a case that protects the phone properly was impossible. I really don't care or need the "edge" feature, its a waste when in the otterbox. Also, the otterbox does not offer a screen protector built in so you have to buy a separate protector at an additional cost. We had issues with connecting the bluetooth in the car but a one hour call to both sprint and samsung resolved it through connecting in safe mode. The samsung rep said my 2015 car might need its software updated and that I should call the dealer. I said maybe samsung should make their phones backward compatible and easier to connect so I wouldn't have to waste an hour and get the lecture.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is the best one yet! I only wish it didn't have the rounded edges on the screen, it should be an option, not the only option!
