I switched from an iPhone. I previously had the s6 though. The s8 has a much better camera front and back. Front camera no longer looks like overly saturated GTA characters lol. Battery life is eh but a lot more sage than the Note 7. If you are switching, it's worth it. If you're upgrading it's worth it. Unless you have the s7. Just wait

This is the second of two Galaxy S8 phones purchased. My wife loves it. It's a larger screen than the old Galaxy S4's we had but much better quality images and having a little larger screen is great. We've had no problems with either phone and would definitely buy again. Glad we waited so long for upgrade because this is a great phone.

It seems to have some weird glitches with not being able to close apps that you don't even want on your phone (Wi-Fi Tips app) and sometimes the settings you set don't stick, which can be frustrating having to continuously reset stuff. However, it's a nice phone and sturdy for as skinny as it is and has some really cool features. Three years and going strong (after replacing the cracked face a year ago).

I have had the S8 for only a week after 4 years with the S4 model. I am really happy with the purchase so far and expect that I would upgrade the "Good" rating on this review as I learn more about the features.

Samsung always seem to make a better phone with each new model and this one to me is their best. The camera is better to me then a stand alone camera and the speaker for listening to music is great. Storage space is more then enough for people who to take pictures or load up their phone with music. Love it.

Replaced my Galaxy S6. Only had phone for a month, so I'm still playing with it. Love the thin profile and full screen.

Phone is great but the screens are not as durable as recent models. If you break the glass you can not just replace the glass it must be the entire screen which costs over twice the amount of just the glass.
