This phone has improve on so much from it's last year model. The camera is awesome. The battery life is perfect (I play Pokemon Go). I had problems with my Pixel XL overheating and battery draining. This device does not get as hot and battery lasts me several hours more than the pixel would. Not only is this the most beautiful device *looks at the iPhone* but it has some features you can really use. Bixby while taking some getting used to has really got me hoping it keeps improving. Overall this device simply cannot be beat right now. I will be looking at the Note 8, as I am a loyal Note series fan (I have owned all of them).

This phone was an Great deal & has awesome features, facial recognition, Bixby which is great for seeing an item you want & taking an picture of & it will take you right to an website, the camera quality is good & the infinity screen is huge 6.2 inches !!! This phone has great call quality & It will not disappoint !!!

Ive had this phone for a couple months now, it works great. Audio/video quality is excellent. Build quality and materials are excellent, it's been dropped several times, a few of which onto concrete; sat on, even stepped on by my little pet goat once. No damage at all, not even a scuff to the case. I rarely use my pc or tablet anymore, phone is just so much more convenient, thats been the case since i got my Note 4 several years ago. Comparing the 2, i really like the s8+ always on display, mostly because i use it as my watch n alarm clock. I dont miss the Notes stylus, i never used it, found it unnecessary. Cameras on both are excellent, i won a photo contest using the note 4, s8+ is just as good if not better.

Samsung has thrown in the kitchen sink with this phone; it's fast, beautiful and pretty tough. My wife was in my car, and it accidentally flew out of her hands (without a case the phone is slippery) and hit and shattered my windshield. The phone is still perfectly fine, not a single scratch on it, this happened over two months ago!

I use the battery saver set on medium most of the time. I turn off WiFi or mobile data when not in use. My battery life is always a little over 4 days between charges. I have screen shots to prove it. No issues so far. Love it. Works great. No regrets.

Everyone wants the latest and greatest. I too felt the calling. Now that I jumped I can say the journey is one everyone needs to take. You will emerge yourself in a new world of techno gadgetry that your mind and body have been asking for. Samsung has really outdid themselves compared to apples iPhone. The new high marks now show that Samsung is willing to take great leaps in technology that Apple can only imitate. android phone on steroids is the new Kapow! Again Samsung carries 64.5 market share in the industry. Samsung is poised to be the go to manufacturer of the most enginieous devices on the planet.

I had the phone for 3 days, was still getting used to switching from an iPhone to an Android. I knocked the phone off my desk, it fell flat on it's back and the glass back completely shattered. I called Samsung, there was nothing they can do about it. I've never had a phone break, first time for everything as they say. I ponied up and purchased an Otterbox Symmetry case for it. I do have the Geek Squad protection but I'm so turned off from Samsung that instead of sending my iPhone 6s Plus back I paid the remaining 11 payments and I'm keeping that instead. Now I have 24 payments on this GS8+ that is basically now a back up phone. There are good points to it don't get me wrong, but it was less than 72 hours old. I've been an iPhone user for the past 10 years, and I'll continue to be after this. If you purchase please purchase a protective case like the Otterbox or Life-proof and take the Geek Squad insurance!

I am currently a Verizon Customer and went in Best buy to get the S8+. The process was seamless and was fast and easy. I will purchase all my future devices from best buy.

I traded in an S4 for my S8+ I like the phone but the battery life I was told is bigger than the S8 for the plus version however I get down to 20 or 30 with the screen very dim in just 4 or 5 hours. Also very annoying when your done with the phone and slip it into your pocket it will delete items, move things around send random texts and butt dial too easily. I did have a little of this with the S4 I had but a five fold increase in that since getting this new version. I also did not notice a big difference in bars. Where I work people with other brands seem to be able to get faster internet speeds than I can with this phone.

The whole shell is made of fragile GLASS. This is the stupidest decision a designer has ever made.

Bought this for my wife. We both buy a new Samsung Galaxy phone every 2 years, so this one replaced her older S4. So far so good. She is the opposite of a geek and found this phone easier to use than any other. It is very unusual for me to hear the words “I really like my new phone”. She likes the big screen with its beautiful brilliant color display. She also likes its ease of use, fast overall performance speed and excellent battery capacity. Drains less than 50 % in a 24 hour period so she can go more than 2 days on a single charge. It also charges very quickly.

One of the best cameras on any current cell phones !!! 1) easy to use and set up 2) very fast initially and snappy 3) OS is lots better then previous Samsung iterations 4) You will get use to the size. 5) Maybe one of the Best Smart Phones of 2017 6) it may slow down a little after you load all of your software. Currently have 120+ things downloaded and many items updating all the time. 5 email account, health tracker, Bixby & Google Launcher running simultaneously. It has slowed down a bit and battery does not last as long. but can still get a full day (9:00 am to 11:00 pm) before the phone is out of Juice with moderate use. CONCLUSION: You will not be disappointed if You are looking for an Entertainment Device that so happens to make phone calls

I was blown away on every level! Battery over 3days, screen is stunning, call quality perfect, SUPER FAST, love that I can disable/remove the "bloatware", literally everything expandable storage, wireless charging, Bluetooth... also the design is not just beautiful but also much easier one handed, I use the iris or facial recognition instead of finger print, bc the camera is stunning and the place is not a flaw when so many other options are available to unlock it! -The store itself on the other hand not only screwed the whole order up, forcing me to wait on exchange, never processed my refund and ***online never gave me the $200.00 e gift(bought full retail online for store pick up along with the accessories)

I've had my Galaxy S8+ for about a week now, having spent a long and frustrating 2 years with the LG V10. The difference is like night and day. The battery life is outstanding (Only drops down to 50% after a full day of use), the screen is crystal clear, the camera is really good, and the whole device is very fast and snappy. There are so many features and functions of this phone that I haven't even had a chance to try out yet. If I had any negative issues with the phone, it would have to be the fact that the Bixby key on the side of the phone can't be remapped for anything else. Also the Edge feature takes a little getting used to as I accidentally triggered it many times when I meant to do a right-swipe. However, that can be alleviated by going into the settings and moving the Edge indicator to a more convenient place. Speaking of placement, please ignore any review that complains about the Fingerprint scanner. Once you get used to the position, it's perfectly FINE. If you have small hands, then, of course, you'll wanna test it out to see if it'll work for you, but overall, the Fingerprint sensor is in a good position and does the job reliably. Also, there are plenty of other methods to unlock your phone including the standard pattern draw, PIN and Password. You also have the option for Iris Scanning, which while it sounds cool, is not for me. You should be warned though that if you are a fan of Otterbox cases you will have to buy a screen protector as OtterBox cases do not have a plastic screen protector for the front due to the curved Infinity screen. I recommend the Zagg Invisible Shield. While, yes, it is pricey, it does come with a lifetime warranty. So in conclusion, unless you ABSOLUTELY need the S-Pen functionality and the dual lens camera, and you don't mind paying $1000 for a smartphone or having a smaller capacity battery, go for the S8+. It's the better bargain for your money.

This phone has plenty of storage room so it processes very quickly. It is not only fast, but it has a great battery. I didn't think I would like the curved screen, but I really like that feature. Over all, it has exceeded my expectations.

This is best upgrade yet. Battery life is far superior than s7. Picture quality is awesome, many great features. Love that they kept microsd storage. Super fast webpages and apps. Love, love, love it!!!
