This is an amazing phone! Screen resolution is really something else! Have to see to believe. Pictures are so crisp and clear. Great battery life. And A beautiful phone too. I got the Orchid gray. Didn't want to cover it up with a case so I got a nice clear one. So sleek looking. Happy Happy Happy with my choice!

Glad I upgraded from my Gs6 to this phone. Screen and design look great, and performs all functions super fast. And best battery life I've seen from any device even when comparing to my kids iphone7 plus.

The first thing you will notice about this phone is the amazing bezel free screen that is gorgeous. The screen is amoled so the colors will be vibrant and amazing. The camera is good, though they didn't change much from the S7's camera to this one on the S8. Battery life for me has been amazing. Waterproofing and 64gb of memory plus micro sd card slot is a plus. Phone is fast and it has never once gotten hot or even warm. Cons: The fingerprint scanner is at an odd position which is keeping me from using it. The iris scanner does not like my glasses I have to lift them away from my eyes to get it to work, but I am fine using it with my contacts in. The speaker could be better but is okay.

I have just upgraded my old Samsung S6 edge to the Samsung S8+ with Verizon service provider. So far, I have noticed that the battery lasts a lot longer, the camera/video is a lot better, you have an external micro SD card storage, facial and retina security login options, and the size is bigger but lighter than my old phone. I'm happy with my purchase!!!

This is amazing, I was bummed at first because I couldn't get the Note8, but this phone is by no means a consolation prize. With the huge screen real estate and incredible battery life it's a beast, I would say a must buy. If you want to upgrade and aren't pretentious, this is the device for you.

I bought the Galaxy S8+ to upgrade my Galaxy S7 Edge. I love this phone, everything about this phone. The edge to edge display is amazing, bright and vibrant. The the speed of the phone is great, it's a very snappy phone. The camera is probably the best on the phone market right now, if you're looking at phones primarily searching for a good camera I'd go with this one. The Galaxy S8+ feels very nice in the hand, this was a very good design choice by Samsung. The phone has a pressure sensitive home button at the bottom which is useful. Every aspect of the phone exceeds my expectations even right down to the packaging where they included some really awesome earbuds.

Upgraded to a Galaxy S8+. I was extremely satisfied with my S7 but decided to upgrade to the S8 and give the 7 to my son. I have to use my phone on the go as a computer and am extremely happy with this version. I got the speck case for it. Have used these cases in the past for protection.

Initially I was pretty hesitant to trade in my old reliable note 4. It had been a great phone, but I ultimately caved in due to the beautiful new design. The phone dimensions are slightly taller and slimmer than previous galaxy phones. Due to the new dimensions, the phone fits great in the users hand. The fingerprint reader was moved to the back of the phone and makes it much easier to use one handed. The display is stunning, and the camera takes great pictures with a very fast shutter speed. I think this phone is a win for Samsung, and is a great upgrade. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to everyone.

I have had this phone now for 3 weeks and I'm loving it. It makes me happy. I chose this over the S8 mainly for the added battery capacity. With my S7, I was putting my phone on the charger around 4pm every day. With this phone, I'm between 50 and 60% remaining at 11pm. I don't even charge my phone at night anymore, just plug it in when I'm getting ready for work in the morning. Can't say enough about it. It takes really good pictures with slightly over saturated colors but I like it that way. Excellent screen, quick transitions between apps, and decent sound from the speaker. Would definitely recommend this phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S8+ is the best phone I ever had. Nothing compares to this phone. Excellent size and screen display, awesome pics (quality beats iPhone by far) etc. Etc. Apple's latest iPhone is just giving their customers all of the features that Android already had!

S8+ is fast. No RAM delay. Very snappy. Screen is big and looks amazing. Very efficient sizing of the phone based on the screen size. Battery life is the best I have had.

Love the bigger screen, faster operating, more memory plus expansion with SD card and Camera quality is Beautiful for all the special moments.

Well engineered and very functional phone. Spectacular screen and great performance. Loaded with features that are easily learned by intuition Because it is so thin and slippery a case or sleeve is a must. Also, recommend a quality glass screen protector. ,

Bigger keyboard and screen are better for this older user. Phone is sleek and slim. Very easy to get used to.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S6 and pleased with the ease of transferring contacts, pictures etc using the app Smart Switch. Screen is amazing... colors are bright, lines are crisp. still looking for a suitable case. camera (both) are top of the line.

I don't usually do reviews because I very rarely like a product that much to spend the time writing about it. However, all I can say is WOW, what a great phone. From the second I unboxed it I was impressed, nice looking, solid, and thin; I couldn't believe it. The phone has a spectacular display, unbelievable battery life, is fast, menus are nice looking and well thought out. I've had several Samsung phones and they've broken the mold on this one. I was going to wait for the Note 8 but I am glad I didn't. If you are thinking about getting one don't put it off.

I switched to the Samsung S7 from an iPhone 6 last summer before a 2 week river cruise in Europe. The camera was the reason. I just upgraded to the S8+ to get the next generation camera, as well as the taller screen. The clarity of the screen is amazing, and the phone is definitely faster. I use my phone for a lot of things-wherever possible documents, etc are stored digitally, and I love that I can access them from my phone. And kudos for the increased on board memory, although I also have a 200GB memory card to be sure I don't run out of photo storage.

I had the Galaxy S6 and it worked fine. I purchased the 8+ for myself and my husband for Christmas. We are both very happy with the performance and clarity of the phone. Watching movies on it is a plus, as the screen is a nice size.

I had a Galaxy S7 for a while, then went to an iPhone 7+ which was fine but I always missed Galaxy S7. The iPhone 7+ is nice and as usual with iOS it just works, but I still find iOS lacking. I had a Note 4 in the past and loved the size, but never used the stylus and the S7 just seemed small so when they came out with the S8+ I was sold. It is a sleek phone, beautiful screen and fantastic camera. I just took it to Hawaii and the pictures came out awesome, so much better than my iPhone pictures. I picked up the Coral blue version and it is a beauty of a phone. The phone is a little more narrow then the iPhone 7+ which takes some getting use to and the figure scanner is on the back next to the camera which I now find to be comfortable. The one con I would give to this phone is the Bixby button on the side. I have no intentions of using this and wish I could bind something else to that button. I would still definitely recommend this phone to anybody.
