A nice phone video and pictures look great just Wish you could change the battery

I didn't get an owner's manual (except a quick start small pamphlet) which didn't let me know how to set it up. Had to go to my cell phone provider to have them help me. Otherwise, this is a great upgrade for someone who isn't schooled on modern equipment!

I've heard stories of the unlocked Samsung galaxy phones not getting updates as fast, however. I got an update about a 3 days after I purchased it. I understand the updates people are talking about are big ones from Google, but either way, the phone runs smooth without any lag.

The only drawback is Bixby and the Bixby button. Bixby is garbage that doesn't work.

I bought my wife and myself the new Galaxy s8 and Galaxy s8+ about a month ago and so far it's another home run! Phone runs great, excellent battery life and the screen is way cool with the rounded edges. Hope to get some good use from the new Samsung flagship line of phones.

Bought this phone as a replacement for a friend on Boost Mobile. Was cheaper than what Boost wanted directly and the salesman at Best Buy was very helpful in assisting. I am an avid Samsung user and this was exactly what I was looking for for my friend.

I always buy unlocked phones at Bestbuy. When you buy unlocked phones you can turn around and sell back when wanting a newer phone. Also when buying an unlocked phone it has less bloatware.

The phone works well. Very great camera as well. I would recommend.

Had Samsung galaxy s6 live this upgrade phone runs way faster so much more technology than I know what to do with, but it has lots of room for all the pictures I take of family and my 1800 pics that were on my old phone dont slow down this new phone one bit.

I found this great deal here at Best Buy online, I wanted a new phone but did not want to pay new prices. So I looked into the "open box" but excellent condition and got over $150 off the sticker price of over $700! Couldn't be happier with the phone and the price..

I really like this phone I went from a Galaxy 4 to Galaxy 8. Easy to use. Love it.

In short this phone is very smooth in operation and looks very nice. I am not for all kinds of fancy features but this one feels like an elite cell phone. The screen and everything on market to protect it seems scary to me so I decided to use a folio style case. Together it looks professional and is functional. I would recommend this phone especially with the special pricing offered here.

The only complaint I have about this phone is finding a shatterproff screen protector. Store told me it's not needed because nothing normal use should damage the screen it comedms with. I am still nervous about my screen going commando. But everything else is great!
