When it worked it was great

I loved my moto but it was getting slow performance wise for the newer apps so decided to upgrade. After much research and a good deal I decided on the S8+. I purchased this less than two weeks ago and now it's a brick. It randomly shut off while typing a text, thought maybe I had a dead battery so hooked it into a charger.....nothing. Hit the message boards and google and tried every sort of hard reset I could and nothing. Tried plugging it into the CPU and....well....you get the point. When it worked it was great but now I've got my sim card in my 1.5 year old moto that cost 1/3 as much and has never had a hiccup until I can go in tomorrow and see if they can get the Samsung up and running. I will probably just return it instead of replacing if they can't get it going, something as expensive as this breaking in less than a month just leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the phone.
