I needed a new phone and decided to go to Bestbuy to check on an unlocked Samsung galaxy S8 as where I live service for most companys didn't work except for straighttalk. I purchased a Samsung galaxy S8+ and absolutely love it. The young guy at the Samsung station named Nick was so helpful and helped me change everything over to the new phone, if I have any questions I go back to Best buy and he helps me figure things out.

The phone is great looking for starters, and slippery too but that can be fixed by getting a phone case for protection. Not sure about the battery life ....still messing around with the settings...but it helps if the brightness is on auto and turning off WiFi when not available.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy 8+ because of it's ease in using, clear pictures and right size slim design. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and business partners.

I bought an open box Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus and love it. It was just as described excellent condition. The 8 has so many cool features. It has Bixby,but haven’t really gotten into it. It tells you who is calling which is a really neat feature. I would buy another one if needed.

I really like the S8+ with the larger screen. It has a very good quality camera and features.

Can't say enough good things about this phone. Super fast. Takes everything I can throw at it and keeps humming along. I really am holding out for the Note9 because I miss the S pen from my old Note 5. Didn't want the Note 8 because it's lacking the newest Snapdragon chipset. Should be decent though. The features are great. Love the apps edge the most. Even with my otter box defender can still side swipe the menu open. Otter box defender even fast wireless charges. So feeling very satisfied about purchase so far. Only complaint is battery is a little weak. Doesn't last me a whole day of use at work.

Great camera first of all ... no lagging when opening or switching through apps and battery last a long time too plus I got it unlocked so it can work In the caribbean.

Love this phone..Great upgrades in quality and function. Just wish I knew how to use them all... I was disappointed in the pricing options and of course, Murphy's law, if I had waited a few more weeks, I could have saved $100's ... Oh well. Still love the phone

I switched from a Moto X to this phone. I debated between this and an iPhone but the sale price at BB made my decision easier. The phone is easy to use, takes very good pictures, and streams in HD without problems. My only problem with the phone is the size. It's a little big.

I love my Samsung S8 Plus. The processor allows for a solid performance. The brilliant picture display w/QuadHD + SuperAMOLED showcases higher resoultion of b2960x1440. You can change the resoultion in your settings after purchase. The image quality is lovely too.

Love this phone! Unlocked cannot be beat either. Less $$, not all the goofy pre-installed apps you can't get rid of. The phone is quick, great screen. Very happy.

This phone is beautiful. Love the large screen and the significant battery life improvement over my old phone. Cool features like playing to two Bluetooth devices at once, great low-light camera, etc. However, I have on major complaint, and that's that VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling aren't available when using this phone with AT&T. My apartment building has pretty terrible reception, so I relied on using my Wi-Fi connection. Apparently though, AT&T won't enable these features on non-AT&T branded devices, which is really unfortunate. Apparently a lot of other carriers have the same issue. Anyway, great phone, but I would research carefully if there are any carrier-provided features you want to use before deciding to go unlocked.

Just got the phone, however what i have noticed thus far is the screen is nice and big. Phone is user friendly and easy to manipulate. Battery lasts a minimum of 2 day without charging. Camera supports pictures with great clarity....just position and click. A must buy.

We purchased the s8 plus to replace my wife’s s6 plus. What a difference a couple of years can make! The screen and colors are brilliant and the processing speed is outstanding. We purchased an unlocked phone and the transition was ~30-45 minutes. Very easy.

Everything's perfect about this phone, runs smooth, beautiful design, stays charged. I don't run too many apps though. Just basic apps and bestbuy app of course.

This is by far one of my most favorite smartphones I have had since I started using smartphones back in days of the Palm Treo and Windows Mobile. I have used tons of different phones over the years...all the iphones, all the Galaxy phones, Windows Phone, Blackberry, Symbian OS, etc... The Galaxy S8 Plus shows how Samsung has grown with Android over the last several years ever since the Galaxy line debuted in 2010. Also, when it comes to flagships and battery life, this one is the best at power management and outlasts my Iphone 7 Plus on any given day with moderate use. Love this phone.

I went from a Galaxy 5 to the 8. It was such an easy transition. Had the techs at Best Buy to transfer all my contacts and info to the new phone. Was not hard to learn some of the new changes. Only drawback some items require and additional step to perform.

The quality of this phone is unmatched. Stunning display. Best camera on a phone I have used (lifetime iPhone user). Processing speeds are unreal. MAJOR GO!!!

Probably one of the mkst beautiful and User friendly phones with advanced features and 4k display also getting 9 hours screen on time battery life is amazing

this display is mindblowing from the moment you open the box. the camera is pretty great. the phone is pretty smooth, lasts all day and charges quickly
