After buying an unlocked phone, it's the only way to go. No useless carrier bloatware or contract for less money? It's a no brainer. My only complaint was the Bixby button, but I've mapped the button to the camera so it's fine now. Phone is fast, ultra customizable and has an amazing screen and operating system. Apple users beware, Android is more customizable than ever and the option menus are deep. Battery life is good.

Best cell I have owned. Would not change it for IPhone! I'm happy I didn't settled for IPhone! I had both phones in mind and I'm so happy I chose this Samsung galaxy 8 S+.

The Samsung Galaxy S8+ is by far one of the best smartphones in the market. A lot of technologies and great design, this is a must-have if you are an addict for technology.

On July 31 around 7 pm I went to BestBuy store to purchase an Samsung Galaxy S8+ mobile phone. I used my credit card and on the POS display pop-up a message "Will be a restocking fee $35 if I will return an opened box". After I paid the cell phone I took the box I removed the sleeve box and i looked for seal. The phone box came without the seal and I asked the sale person how you will find if I opened the box and she said "we will look for fingerprints". After I got home I opened the box and the power cord and the earphones were wrapped very ununiform. I went back to the store and tried to returned but the store manager told me I have three options: to keep it, exchange it or to return it but for return will ne $35 restocking fee. I tried to return the phone and get a full refund but was impossible. The manager kept saying is a brand new cell phone. In the end, I exchanged with different one. Yesterday 08/03, because the cell phone is a present for my son who live in Europe, I turned on the phone, I updated the software and I found on right side a little dent on edge frame. I started looking very close to all details and I found the back cover is not centered with the metal frame (the Galaxy S8+ cell phone made with two glass covers, the display and the back these are glued on a metal frame) . The metal frame on bottom back side has damaged surface and you can see the metal frame top edge. I'm positive, the cell phone is a refurbished one and it was sold as brand new.

I enjoy the graphics. Very clear. The size of the phone is just a little bit bigger than my previous note 4. It is slimmer and have to be careful not to drop (case required).You can get a protective glass overlay from Best Buy and do so. Not cheap around 50.00 out the door but the Invisible Shield has free lifetime replacement so, save the receipt on your email. I have already have one replaced. The shipping is fast.

I have been using the phone for about 2 weeks and really like it. I had the Note 4, and this phone really gave me a good upgrade. i would recommend the phone to a friend.

As always when transferring data, not all of it works, but most of what I use did transfer. There is always a learning curve to any new phone and this one is no exception. I really like the features of using my finger print to open the phone, the speaker is much improved as well as the battery life. I like the larger screen and the faster response when using it. Overall it is pricey, but it's worth it to me. Good phone.

I love the new design and ease of use. I'm not a techie but it I love the extra technology that wasn't on my last phone, S5. Camera takes amazing pictures. Still learning about all features and it will probably take me a little while to get it down. It's a pretty cool phone for even for a grandparent such as myself. It's important for me to have camera, email and social media to keep up with family and friends.

The phone is excellent, great battery life. only complaint is the SIM card would not fit from our old phone, it took an hour and a half to get the new card we had to buy activated and be aware, our Tracfone plan changed. we had a double minutes card we paid $100 for and it cannot be used with the new phone. The phone will not charge on the wireless charger with the life proof case unless you lay it side ways.

This phone has exceeded my expectations. The size of the screen is great, the sound on the phone is great, and this phone has just as much RAM as my laptop! I love it.

I really don't like Bixby coming up every time you accidentally press the left button. but other than that is a good product. Camera has great quality photos

The look and feel of the phone is actually incredible. The coral blue color and the smooth edges made the phone feel exceptionally premium and natural. Everything about the phone works very well, but the camera and the display are definitely a focal point when buying this phone. Both certainly stand out. also, the Bluetooth is definitely a step up if you prefer to use wireless connectivity.

I purchased this phone at a discounted price due to it being an open box item. It was listed in "excellent" condition, which I took to mean that there might be a single blemish or scratch. However, this item appears to have possibly been refurbished, due to a large ding in the corner that most likely ended up in a cracked display. There were also multiple scratches in the screen that were deeper than I would expect from an "excellent" condition product. With that said..... it was sold to me at a discount price so I cant really complain..... it functions perfectly and I am satisfied with the phone.

First time I've ever owned the newest phone on market. Upgraded from Galaxy S4. Super UPGRADE....kinda like going from a Chevrolet to a BMW!!! I have not even scratched the surface of what this phone can do, but I have seen that it is best of the best. Lightning fast.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 plus is a wonderful phone to have for your everyday experiences. The features on the S8 plus are very useful for routines, tasks, and photos.

So I had been an iPhone user for the last 4 years (iPhone 5 and 6plus). I was ready for an upgrade and was debating on whether I should wait for the new iPhone to be released or to switch to something new. Went to best buy and saw the new Samsung Galaxy S8+ and instantly fell in love with the way it looked. For anyone who's ever switched from the iOS to android or vice versa, you know it's a pretty big change and I'm still learning new things but it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I've had the phone for 2 weeks now and I'm impressed with the capabilities it has that even the iPhone 7 doesn't have! My favorite feature is the split screen where you can have two apps open at the same time. I also love the fast charge: 3% battery to fill charge in 1.5 hours!! I'm still learning to use Bixby but so far, I like it. I thought I was going to miss being able to FaceTime my friends and family but the Duo app is awesome! You can video call anyone who has it with amazing clarity as long as you both have good internet connection. Overall, I'm very happy with the switch from the iPhone and I'm loving the Samsung!

I wssited some time to get the Samsung eight plus and I am delighted with its functions and clean look! FINALLY A phone not too wide for small hands. Whoooi!
