excellent upgrade from an older phone

You get used to your phones feel and abilities and then something better is available. This is a fantastic phone for a power user or a person that still likes the basics. Screen size if large and easy to read. storage and speed are super and the cameras top notch. If it is in your budget - get it.

Impressive performance @ large size

A larger size (fully usable) but even manageable at my left hand is a plus. The fast-charger works fine, but the connection is non-standard. Almost imperceptible delay between touch and response (at least to me). Solid bunch of apps that can be disallowed. Very easy process to transfer data & apps from my old phone

Love my new phone.

I was disappointed that Samsung no longer offers classes on their new phones/tablets features as they did in the past. I purposely bought my phone at Best Buy because Samsung had offered classes there....this is a Samsung failing, not Best Buy's. Samsung should reconsider this decision.

And the unlocked versions got an oreo update yesterday! I am what cell phone companies call a "power user" and it has worked perfectly. (4 email addresses, multiple calendars, heavy excel and word use, and outlook admin for my company) This phone can handle anything.
