So far I am enjoying bumping up to a new phone. I had originally gotten an 8 and switched it for the larger 8-plus. Great decision. Large, clean screen, plenty of room for apps. User friendly. BEST part of the whole experience, the customer service I received in San Rafael. NEVER have I had better service!

My 5 month old Samsung galaxy s8+ cost me almost $900 , got its SIM card try broken (due to cheap plastic material) cause my SIM card stuck inside the phone. So I ask Samsung customer service to fix it because my phone was still under warranty. They ask me ship my phone to their Texas service center. After I ship the device 2days later I received message that I need to pay $216 for replacement of LCD and some other stuffs, because those were damaged. Whereas my phone did not had any damage when I shipped it to Samsung Service Center. So this is obvious that Samsung service center made this damage to my and asking me to pay $216 for their mistake , and that too when my phone is still in valid warranty. After 1 hour of argument with Samsung customer care finally they waived the changes, saying that this is favor that Samsung is doing as good customer service , first Samsung team massed with my device and now they says its favor for me to remove the repair charges , and this is all when I have valid 6 month warranty remaining on my phone. Now as per the Samsung customer representative once the device is open for repair after fixing it , it will lose the water resistance capability . so my point was why should I get a device which is not capable of all functionality as it was before repair, and because Samsung made the damage , I should get the replacement for my device. But Samsung shows very rude behavior. Very disappointing for me.

This is a good quality phone. It is unlocked, so I can use it with any carrier.

This is an excellent android phone with infinity display. It is very friendly and handy. I have been iphone user right from iphone 4. This is my first android phone and I am loving , I dont have any plans to move to iphone again

I upgraded from a galaxy S5 to the 8 plus and could not be happier. This particular model as evolved by leaps and bounds since the S5. The only downside that I have noticed is that the speach to text program isn't as accurate as previous models. It can be frustrating at times, but it's something I can live with

I have been using an iPhone 6 for the past couple years and I started to get a little bored with it so I decided to get the Samsung galaxy 8+ and I really like it. I needed some change and this was just perfect. I really missed some of the cool and easy features like calling and texting by swiping left and right.

It's the looks of the phone that got me to purchase it. The finger print feature is pretty accurate and convenient so far. However, the camera didn't live up to my expectations, all in all a pretty good phone, but I still need to learn more about it. I can't wait to customize my phone exactly the way I like it!

The infinity display is beyond beautiful.The camera is on point, and in the glossy black color it is a work of art.

In general the phone is great. The one thing I don't like is how choppy it is while scrolling. That is the most one does on our phones so it is annoying.

In one day there was a Crack on corner I hadn't even had phone turned on yet That said I had to pay deductible of which I just paid 2 days before 150 if anything happened to my phone. I suggest don't buy the insurance. When I went back he cancelled my insurance then gave me a new phone Truly not fair

Well note 8 is coming up but its not gonna be better than this. Despite all samsung bloatware this is still the best android phone on the market. Its iris scanner is innovative and screen is a whole class on its own. You can get this now or wait couple months to apple to something similar and pay double :D

The Samsung Galaxy S8+ is a great phone. The size difference over the regular S8 is substantial and I find it perfect for me. Setup took some time because I wanted to get it just so, but it was not excessive. The features it has available are extensive and I am sure that I will never learn it all.

Great phone Nice pictures I am getting use to this phone took me awhile so smart and stll haven't figured it out.

Long time Android and iOS user and currently using an iPhone 7 plus as my daily driver. Tried this device for a few days and decided that I can't leave iOS due to 99% of my friends using iMessage and FaceTime. W my Apple Watch and iPad Pro, it makes it VERY difficult to leave the Apple ecosystem.

Best phone I've ever had. Expandable storage, headphone jack, huge OLED display, amazing battery life, wireless charging etc...I looked at the Iphone X momentarily. Not even close. This phone blows that rehashed watered down toy out of the water. It's nice having a phone my grandparents don't use.

The camera is far better compared to all Samsung Galaxy lower models. The screen size and its resolution is good.

Very happy with the phone so far. Bought an unlocked model, so I would be able to change carriers if I wish to.

I viewed and visited the store each week for three months pounding if I wanted to invest the amount asking for this phone. Got all the reviews,spoke to others that has the item,compared it with others until I decided.Yes I got it and I have no regrets for the price I paid.love it

This phone is a great android phone. It has one of the best camera on any phone. Would recommend it to anyone.
