Got this phone for my mother she's had it a little over 2 yrs and Loves It. (S8+)-LIFPROOF CASE also from Best buy Excellent case been on it from day one. I have Note 8 SAMSUNG IS # 1 Probably be getting Note10+ also at Best Buy they are also #1

I am really happy with my phone. I was close to buying an iPhone but then the best buy rep helped me out and told me to stick with Samsung and get the S8+. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Better camera, bigger screen, and loads more features than the iPhone! Great buy!

This is absolutely a stunningly great phone! I put my name on the pre-order list for the unlocked version and the morning of the 1st day, I showed up and there was a phone waiting for me, literally with my name on it (nice printed label). I have had the phone for 2 weeks and love it.

Phone is great as long as you don't use the always on display. Left phone off charger for 10 hrs without using it. Had a full charge when left but battery dropped to 85 percent simply sitting. Without always on, battery had excellent staying power. Haven't tried gaming on it yet.

The curved glass takes a little getting used to. Can't really grip it like the other phones. But once you get a case on it, it works out. I went with the Super unicorn beetle for a case, works well. It is Big and bulky, but I don't always carry my glasses so needed something big.

I hate that the phones are bigger now. Also the edged/curved screen makes it hard to use at times when using your fingers. And sometimes it distorts things you are looking at one the edge. Its also not easy to get good screen protection or cases for this phone that are of actual quality. I also don't care for all the features and yet again a new type of plug that means you have to buy more cords and adapters...etc for things like charging and so on. Battery seems to die relatively fast even with its features that let you save power set to max. Obviously it costs way to much also. And trying to type anything long is torture since your using your fingers. In my case my fingers are bigger so spelling mistakes are super common when I type. Also the pricing plans for data are terrible. Lastly they changed it so you can no longer change the battery yourself unless you want to risk damaging your screen and phone. I have 90% of the features turned off at this point, useless for me. The only reason I don't return it is its not worth the effort and I needed a smart phone. They tend to only sell the newest and best. Anything affordable is usually the pay as you go which have their own set of issues.

I was surprised everything from my dad's iPhone 6 transferred to his new Samsung without issue like it did and that Samsung even gives you the parts to do it, but we found the instructions lacking and it wasn't immediately obvious to me you need to use the iPhone's cable and not the one the Samsung came with to do the switch. The phone seems to work well so far but we've only had it since July 3rd and still getting used to it.

The Samsung S8 appears to have many noticeable improvements over the Note 3. For example, The Voice to text recognition is much better, I'd say from 60%improved to 95% accuracy. The in-store pickup was a little bit glitchy but the store manager was extremely helpful in resolving those issues. The staff also looked up price match online with regard to some accessories without even being asked. Very nice experience in general

After my iPhone broke down, I went back to using an old Motorola smart phone but soon ran out of memory. I already had 5 Samsungs on my AT&T plan. Rather than buy a used off Ebay I bought the 8+ and will have this phone for the next 5 years. Good choice. Good decision.

A comparison was done of the Samsung Galaxy s8, s8+, the 8 note and the s9. In comparison, I liked the size of the s8+. Other than about 4 specs, the s8+ meet my needs more. I am still in the process of setting up features, but think I will enjoy this product.

So I owed my wife a upgrade, we love Samsung products. AND we have not been totally disappointed but not happy as in past products. Twice now we have had to do a "soft reboot" because no power to the phone or charging. waiting to see if this is going to be more of an issue but rating this a 4 due to all the other amazing features. Wife loves the picture quality, ease of navigating, and the screen size and beautiful color.

My old phone died and I didn't want to make a desperate purchase. I shopped around and got a steal at Best Buy! The phone is way better than I expected and leaps ahead of my old model. The clarity, the size, the ease of use, the new features...i love it! Worth every nickle!

Being a 9 year old apple user and switching to android I thought I never see the day but that screen size got me it seriously is gorgeous. Including the size of the phone fits great in my hand. I love the fast charging. And I love that I can take it out when it's raining

awesome phone once you get familiar and figure the thing out but other things require time consuming tasks love it but I hate it

I have not owned a phone similar to this previously. At the present time, I am going through the user manual trying to teach myself all of the idiosyncrasies of this new phone by going page by page. It appears this phone will meet all of my needs well into the future.

I love the Samsung 8+ it works amazing. The camara is great. However it does freezes a lot.

It's everything you expect in a Samsung product. If you want to get an iPhone with the same specs, it's not the next iPhone 8, it may not even be the one after that.... I went with the plus, it's seems really big, but after the first day, you will be happy you did.

I have been a fan of Galaxy series from Samsung. S2, S5 and now S8 plus. I went for the plus series due to the size of the screen. Good for gaming and watching videos. The only trouble was finding the best car dock that handles the dimensions.

I have always been a Samsung fan, recently switched from Note 5 to Galaxy 8+ and love it. Feels comfortable to hold, has much better battery life than my Note 5. Curved Screen is neat.. Not a big fan of fingerprint scanner placement as this messes with Camera lens.
