Love the color, durability and to my surprise has face recognition.

It is military grade and doesn't need a case or screen protector.

Coolest thing is not having to buy a case. I drop it all the time on the tile floor and concrete and no issues. I didn't even install a separate screen protector. This is the definition of robust. I've now had the phone for 2yrs and 2 months with no issues, and I don't plan on switching any time soon. I have had Motorola, Nokia, LG, Samsung, and Apple phones (5, 6, and 8), and this is hands down the best phone I have ever had. The ability to customize everything far exceeds the primitive iphone software designs.

This is the second Samsung Active phone I've owned. Getting used to not having a physical home button was the only major downfall. I wish the Bixby button could be permanently reassigned like the old active buttons.

The S8 Active is way faster than my S5 Active. The construction is durable. The battery life is better than expected. It can take heavy use for 16 hours.

I've always bought smart phones every 2 years I should have upgraded as soon. As these S8 Samsung's came out they are great packed full of features for sure super easy to learn and works great and this model has a tough book type case built on it so I don't have to waste money buying a case if I don't want to great

Overall very satisfied with this rugged phone. Good feel and size. Only complaint is screen scratches easily. Would definitely recommend.

This phone is very nice, only was able to support at&t when it said it was a global phone in the ad.. The service ended up costing more than was was agreed to, but that wasn't best buys fault.. Hard to get used to the voice command and my phone would randomly work on its own turning volume up and down aswell as closing apps etc.

Wonderful that AT&T provides this option for a flat screen S8 and that it comes with an improved integrated case. No need to buy extra accessories to protect your phone.

Heavy duty. Solid phone that can take a beating. Great battery. Too bad they stopped making them starting with version 9. Best phone I have owned yet.

Was able to trade back my S7 for the Active. Love the speed and battery life. Highly recommended.

My wife purchased the S8 and I have the S8 active. The active has a 4000maH battery and lasts considerably longer.

I have waited for this phone for months. It feels like a good solid phone. No curved screen but looks amazing! The battery life is amazing!!

This is such a great phone and I love not worrying about damage because the active is built for everything! I have owned the S3, S4, S5 active and now the S8 active. Each one just makes me happier with this company and the phones that they make. I will never switch, even though I have tried other phones, the galaxy series is just a superior product!
