I don't even know where to begin but this phone, galaxy S9 is so amazing. The most played with feature is the camera and I really love it! If I could submerge this phone in water longer than the allowed time, I would just to test out the camera in the pool but that's what they made phone covers for right? I absolutely love the focus feature because it blurs out the background to focus on what you're aiming to snap. Only given 4 stars because I haven't had to chance to play with any other features.

I have been through several flagship phones in the past 6 years... The Galaxy S5, The LG G5, and now the Galaxy S9. This phone is absolutely fantastic! Solid performance, generous storage (with SD Slot!!), great battery life, and a gigantic screen for the size of the device. There's a tiny area on top & bottom of the phone that isn't part of the display, but the usable screen is about 98% of the front of the device. My only complaint is the Bixby button. It's always getting pressed by mistake, so I ended up having to sign up for a Samsung Account, setting up Bixby, and digging through the settings JUST to turn off the button.

I've always been a big fan of Samsung products and the S9 doesn't disappoint. My favorite feature has to be the camera. The clarity you get and the crispness of the pictures is awesome. The phone has way more to offer than I'll ever utilize but it's always nice to know they're there. The one downside that I absolutely dislike and is very annoying is Bixby and the stupid Bixby side key. Grrrr I know you can turn it off, which I did, but you have to set it up before you can shut it down. In the end it doesn't even matter because I'll forever be an Android/Samsung user.

Baught a unlock phone and connect to sprint . Great camera and take beautiful pics ., I cant say anymore because I'm keep this phone until it dies or upgrade within two years after my warrenty is up with bestbuy.

Great product if you shop smart on prices. Phone is s9 smooth and fast and easy to use and camera is close to perfect quality. Phone will come in great deal of work or even just games with long battery life.

Bought the phone for the upgraded camera and the results are great! Phone has exceeded my expectations. Best phone I've had for storage and ease of use.

I went into the sprint store and called them and best buy had the best price. Love the phone...color/apps/camera/all of it

Got this phone for my wife to replace her Google Pixel. She's loving it! The picture is much clear we think then the Pixel. The only downfall is that it probably won't receive as many Android updates as the Pixel series does. Samsung' not very good at that. Still...great phone. Highly recommend it. Battery life is great, sound is great and has a lot of great features.

Best buy provided great deals on Samsung S9 and very much impressed with the phone. Always, samsung rocks with their solid performance and camera quality. I was little disappointed with the battery life of the phone. By mistake will click the side button turn on Bixby. It is very annoying at certain movements. Otherwise, the phone is absolutely fantastic. Samsung again made a great phone with a good value for money and making new customers.

Upgraded my old Galaxy to the S9. Love it!! Great camera quality, larger storage capacity and faster speed.

Kind of a steep learning curve to adapt from my last phone. Nice new features. Good battery life!

So I went to the sprint store and their attitude sucked so I went to best buy just to look, a gentlemen ask if I needed help or had questions and I did so I decided to go with the galaxy s9 + , he was more of the att guy so a young lady came to help me finish the transaction and transfer all of my contacts and apps which she did a great job. So I get home and i'm roaming, mind you that I have 4 lines and the other 3 were working fine so i waited almost a week and went back to see what the problem was. The sales guy tells me that there is nothing they can do because is working fine at the store. I speak to the manager and explain the situation, I should not have to drive 8 miles from my home to get a signal which he agreed and asked the gentleman to exchange it and in the process find the problem, the young lady who activated the phone had activated a galaxy s9 and not the s9 + so I get the new one and all is well. A simple mistake, it happens. Overall great service and a better deal than at the sprint store. In 2 months my son is getting the same phone. This s9 + is amazing. Big memory , beautiful screen, nice size and battery last a long time. Great job Samsung. And great job Best Buy.

Love the color and style of this phone and the camera is amazingly clear pictures and easy to use. Very light and thin but comes with a lot of apps available and can be used so easily. The brand is amazing for speed and so easy to learn. Will definitely stay with Samsung in the future. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend to everyone. I prefer an android phone and this is the best I have ever had.

I bought 3 of these for my wife, son and myself. Great phones. Had them for 1 1/2 years now and never a problem. I realize they are now a couple generations old but they still work like a champ. Plenty fast for everything you could want to do on a phone and with the latest firmware upgrade the camera functions are amazing. Love Samsung!

I faced the battle of, do I get an iPhone or stick with Samsung... so happy I stuck with Samsung! Battery lasts a long time, can go underwater, and I feel like the glass doesn't break as easy as the iPhones do. The camera takes amazing pictures with little lighting needed. Great pics and vids, so crisp and clear. Now I need Samsung to come out with a smaller watch please!

The battery last all day long. Camara is great. Very fast.

I have owned just about every Samsung Galaxy that has come out. They never let me down. I still have and use the original Galaxy as a matter of fact. The one with the sliding keyboard..The S9 takes great pictures and is super fast. I'm still in the process of discovering it because I bought in December. But works great.

This is a big step-up from the S6. There are many new features and is easy to use. I like that all the apps I use are on 1 or 2 screens as opposed to the 5 I had before. The one drawback is that you cannot delete a string of text messages from someone at one time. It's either doing each one individually or all of them. Other than that very fast and easy to use.

To be honest my last phone was an HTC-7 which was about 5 years old. SO really any new phone would be an improvement. However the S9 is lighting quick, easy to use and has several options to keep the phone running smoothly. Ive only had this phone for 11 days but I do not have one complaint with it yet.

A little smaller than I prefer but I am used to a Note. GREAT PRICE at Best Buy for a weekly special. Made it definitely worth it to upgrade. Sprint could not match/ beat Best Buy's price. Good phone. Lots of new, nice features. Switched from iPhone. Very easy to use.
