Phone is good but not for people with hearing aids

While the phone is good in most respects, it is AWFUL for seniors with hearing aids. I replaced my S4 with the S9 because I assumed Samsung would have made progress in 4+ years. It did not. The IPhone is the only real option for people with hearing aids. Dear Samsung: FIX this shortcoming.

This phone seems to have some glitches.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sometimes when I want to make a phone call, I'm unable to pull up the recent calls screen that will show the number I want to call, I would actually have to go into contacts and look the person up, if they happen to be in my contact list. The phone also takes an extremely long time o charge, even though it's advertised as fast charging.
