samsung is always good, i have a samsung 8 cellphone and it is perfect for simply calling, texting or socializing, being a smart phone it has more than enough performance capabilities as good as any other name brand without having to unnesesarily pay for name brand reputacion.

The Samsung galaxy s9 is a great phone. I got the unlocked version and I love that you can add a micro sd card to expand the 64gb of memory. The only problem is it says I have a voicemail when I don’t but I believe this is a service provider problem rather than a phone problem.

I love Sansung products. I am still learning how to use this phone the S9. So far it's been great using it. It has some great features on it. Bixby, facial recognition, hand signals for selfies etc. I'm excited to learn all the features. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because I have not used all the features yet.

It is sluggish at times, and can tend to freeze up. Not sure if thats my service or the phone.

Alot more decisions to make, different backup drives, browsers. On top of all that, Bixby.

I actually purchased this for my mother as a Mother’s Day gift and she loves it. Only thing that we didn’t like is that less than a month later, the only way she could hear over a phone call was on speaker. It lasted a few days and then just went back to normal.

It is frustrating to hide Bixby and turn off Samsung default apps

Great phone, easy to transfer all my files, pictures, vids apps and log ins automatically. The only issue was the Sim card from my S5 was a different size, so I had to go to the Verizon Store and get a new one. If you go to the corporate store, they will do it for free.

The S9 is an amazing phone but I noticed that it does not have all of the full features. When I try to have a video chat with someone it doesn't give me the option to activate it nonetheless use the feature. I could always use a third party app but if I'm paying full price for this device then I should get what I paid for. Other people on forums have also addressed this issue. Apart from that the color is nice.

Very good this phone. The only concern is about the micro sd, I read online that this phone has some issues related to Micro SD, and my wife lost all pictures after a photo session. The photo quality is very good, but I recommend use internal memory instead of micro SD.

My wife and I upgraded from Galaxy 3 Minis and have seen so much improvement in the features and speed on the S9. Sometimes, I am reluctant to change, but Samsung made this easy. The Best Buy staff were very helpful too in assisting with the data conversion.

This is my 4th phone from the Galaxy S line, all have given me great satisfaction. Although the S9 doesn't really present any new innovations with this iteration, it is hard to ignore the improved performance. In addition, it has a good feel in the hand and looks good.

My teenage son has been insisting on his first new phone. It was a surprise for him when he got the Samsung S9. Its there in market for a while and my wife is already having Samsung S8. The phone is full of all power packed features. Nice, handy, faster processor, NFC and finally the brand. One star is missing because its too slim and slips out of hands unless you use phone case like otterbox.

We are still learning all of the features of this phone. What we have learned so far is amazing. It could be a little more user friendly. I think you have to search too much for some of the everyday uses. However, overall, we are pretty satisfied with this phone.

the phone works really well. I will focus more on my sole gripe. On each corner of the phone screen, the 90 degree angles are now curved. These curved edges will sometimes block some info that you might need in the corner. Might be especially true for mobile games, as they tend to push infortmation to the edges to maximize the play screen.

The Phone is Samsung which up till now I thought was "ahead of the curve" in features and performance. The Display is Bright and clear. The Camera takes really nice pictures. Thats the upside. The downside is. The battery life is a joke. I mean it isn't adequate. I mean it seems like it runs out of Gas super fast, SUPER FAST. The keyboard is tiny, it is Really really small and very hard to type on. Forget about responsible texting and driving. Even the Smallest message requires 120% concentration and you will get into an accident. And "Bixby"...BIXBY and that stupid activation key are so annoying the second thing you do with the phone is youtube how to disable Bixby AFTER charging the tiny battery. You would be a fool to not get an extended warrenty because the battery is gonna die a minute after the factory warrenty is up. Samsung, you got me on this. NEVER AGAIN Samsung

I love my new S9 Samsung unlocked phone that I bought at Best Buy. The process was so easy as the guy who helped me was able to get into my wireless account which saved me a trip there. The whole thing took less than an hour. The phone works perfectly and I am very happy!
