My Edge was 2 years old and getting slow. I decided to upgrade and am happy I did. The new phone works great, data and preferences transferred easily, and it's easier to use than the Edge because holding it from the edges doesn't accidentally trigger actions.

Bought these as our first smart phones. We've had flip phones for years...A LOT of years. These are big enough without being too bulky. Like the variety of features and the ease of setting them up.

Samsung Galaxy S9..I Find the screen is way more clear than the S8 that I had... This is one of the first things I said the Samsung representative. I don’t normally notice those things right away. I like the size of the phone, and Love..Love the purple color..

Although I have only had it for couple of days, but I absolutely love this phone. The phone is very stylish and is one of the best Samsung's I have used till date (having used every S series Samsung phone). It slim and sleek design is very beautiful.

I like to use my cell it has a good battery, very good photos

Everything you need in a smartphone works great on this phone. Only downside to me personally was the always on display not being very detailed on incoming messages or able to tap to activate. Edge lighting notifications is finicky and did not work properly with all apps like Android messages or Allo

I've always been a fan of galaxy phones. This one is just as good as previous. However, it seems the signal isnt as good. I seem to have more trouble with this one as far as signal compared to previous ones. Also, not a fan off the curved edges. The screen protectors you can get kind of cut off the sides. But all in all, it's a great phone. Fast.

First, It was priced under $600 . So much to learn and it's simple. Pictures/videos are crystal clear. Sound is awesome . I left the I-phone for the Samsung Galaxy 9 and don't regret it. It does more than I wanted and that is why I am still learning.

Very good phone good camera nice pictures a lot of space

I bought this a year ago and it just started to have issues. I cannot hear when on phone calls unless the phone is on speaker which sucks but overall everything else works perfectly and I really enjoy this phone. I am looking to get it repaired so I will not have to get a new or different phone.

I moved to this phone from my Blackberry Priv and the phone is working like a champ except for one thing that is extremely troubling. That is email. In the past when I reviewed my email on the phone, I could delete the email from my phone but still leave it in my server inbox. This phone, no matter how I tried to set it up, does not allow me to do that. Doing it this way allowed me to not clutter my phone with old email but only look at the new email as it came in. Later on when at my computer I could review and reply intelligently instead of using the micro keyboards on the phone. I'll try again some day, but I am not looking so happy about the prospect. Below I had to select whether or not I would recommend and the answer truly is based on what the friend is looking for so don't go hog wild because I said Yes.

Sleek, fast and great Samsung skins. If you don't want a giant phone this is for you. Samsung has a lot to offer like Samsung Pay (you get points using this like free gift cards), photo gallery, etc. Phone has good weight feeling premium in hand.

Beautiful display, ridiculous camera, and let's not forget.. NOT APPLE. The last samsung phone I owned was the s7 and needles to say this is better by leaps and bounds. Only thing better than the S9.. is the s9 paired with the new galaxy watch!

I upgraded to the S9 from an S5 so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of use. The folks at Best Buy made sure it was completely ready to go when I left the store. I'm very happy with the phone and the service I received.
