I never really had any issues, no glaringly weaknesses. I ended up switched to iPhone but truth be told, I never had any issues with it. One thing to be aware of though is the screen is pretty brittle. I'm generally really careful but I cracked the screen. I suppose it was the case's fault but eh

I have only had my S9 for a couple of weeks but so far it works great and as advertised. I have not had any issues to date. Was a breeze to set up and since this is my 3rd Galaxy phone, I have had no issues getting used to it.

So I have an iPhone as my only smartphone. Never really saw a need for another phone. I got this for my daughter and, honestly, not bad. I have played around with it too get a feel and so far so good. I may switch myself. There is a learning curve and it will take time to get used to if you only had an iPhone like me but nowhere near as bad as I thought.

I love the unlocked phone for its flexibility of choosing carrier

I got the S9 at the Black Friday price. Using Samsung Pay has been very convenient at terminals that don't support NFC. I wish the battery life were a little better, but at the price I got it for, I am very pleased with it.

I really like the pictures. Finger scanner is awesome

I have only had this phone for a couple of weeks, but, so far, so good. I had an older Galaxy before this, so I was used to Android, but the operating system is very intuitive in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this phone.

I'm used to buying the Samsung "cheapies", around $80 and decided to upgrade to a better phone. Unfortunately I found it to be no better than the less expensive version. Actually not as good. This S9 continually changes my settings, hard to find something I was doing just seconds earlier. I don't recommend this phone.

I already have one of these and my sister needed to upgrade. The phone itself is awesome! Just pulled the SIM Card from the old phone, put into the new one, ran the smart switch program and it was set up. She loves it.

I bought a cheaper phone, since my old one died and before starting using it, I view some reviews and decided to up grade to the Galaxy 9 and couldn't be happier, great phone, friendly user and lots of features.

I needed a new phone and this had the options rhat I wanted without paying an extreme price. Almost a year of using and so far still discovering new features on the phone. No issues. Satisfied

I am not happy with the Bixby addition on this phone & since the glass cover curves around, you have to be very precise where you tap on an icon, or it goes straight to Bixby. I have been happy with Google so haven't wanted to take the time to le as rn Bixby.

Ultra light, love the gold-colored sleek type phone - very trendy. There are so many feature to discover and it amazes me every time i discover something new that I can do with it. Truly, the possibilities are endless.....

I really like this phone. It's sleek, looks really fancy and the 64gb works for me. It won't work for someone who takes a lot of pics / games. But for me, it works really well. I'm glad I have this phone. Of course it's not the best, but it's simple, easy to use and still looks great. Go buy one if you get it on sale.

The phone has everything i want on a phone. Nice camera

I recently went to a cell phone store and figured out that the largest screen I can use one-handed is 5.8 inches (and my hands are quite large). The S9 has this exact screen size and is therefore very comfortable to use. I do not recommend any of the more expensive phones that have bigger screens - they are bigger, and therefore worse!

The battery life is good, last all day with a lot of use. Pictures are good. Screen resolution is good. Processing speed seems good. Haven't had it but a couple of weeks, but I'm hopeful it will stand the test of time.

Good phone, I like that it came with usb, liked medical scanning, didn't like infinity screen don't see the point seems it is easier to make it break, don't like the tempered glass accessory, it makes it so my touch isn't registered so have to do without this accessory 100% do not recommend this accessory. Do like blue light filter.
