Only reason has 4 starts cuz the u lock phones u cant video chat with att and it wont do the pie update and pi k up the 5 g for att for some reason only the locked ones on att will do that

I bought this phone as a gift for a family member, replacing the Galaxy S5. She loves the phone. No complaint.

Love the phone itself, but curved screen has been challenging. The screen protector has to stay on for at least 24 hours before putting on the otter box or other outer cover. Even then the screen pops off or lifts so it makes it difficult to press on apps, message, etc. When the screen is off, the phone is sensitive. Barely touching it will change music or open other apps. For these issues I give it a 3. Really disappointed to spend this much and have these issues, especially not being able to keep a screen saver on the front.

Initially, my calls where dropping and sometimes I couldn't hear the person, but eventually it fix itself. Great phone still have it.

My father is using the S9 and he haven't come to me about any complaints since purchase very good phone.

Though still learning about the features, seems like a great phone. Right size. Great features. Best price found.

The more I use this phone, the more I love it. Have used many functions and for navigating. Great job Samsung!
