||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My product was brand new out of the Box, and from the beginning I felt that there was a glitch with the phone within my 14 days I went to the Best Buy store twice to have associates look at my phone they said I can get a new phone as long as I proved that the phone was defected however every time I went into the store the phone was fine. I still have their original phone I feel like it sometimes glitches apps don't work properly camera doesn't work properly this is not the experience I expected from a $700 phone
