    I bought this galaxy as an open box item at a great price. When I got home, the phone had a surprise for me, the previous owner reset the phone while still sign in with their account so when I tried to set up my phone, it didn’t let me because it was lock. Help desk in the store could not help so in the end I had to return it and buy a new galaxy.
