Easy to use. Got this tablet for my 1 1/2 year old to watch movies during long trips. Was able to find an over the headrest holder on amazon. Battery life lasts over 7 hours. Also great because you can buy micro sd card for more storage. Was a lot better deal than the iPad.

I had the first version of the Note 10.1 and this is so much better. Good battery life, fast and easy to use. Just what I needed. (Adding the Logitech attached keyboard makes it even more useful.)

I made the purchase based on the reputation of the name Galaxy as well Best Buys solid reputation. The unit is a good size it loads fast, easy to read as well it is user friendly. This is a first for android for me, I am not having too many issues with it. It is extremely user friendly as I have stated. It would make a great gift . Overall it has some nice features fast operating as well battery life is long between charges. The charge cord could be longer. The speakers would sound better if mounted on the front of the tablet as opposed to the sides. Many products are like this. Its not a bad thing, but it could be improved on. I would purchase a case for it immediately. One drop without protection could cost you.

the only problem I find is the charge port is very lose so its too easily disconnected rom charger - other than that -- its lightweight and slim and faster than my other Galaxy 2

I bought the tablet so I could review instructional videos online while sitting in bed rather than sitting at a computer. I'm a student and the computer is in a common area in the house, with noise and a tv. I now bring the tablet everywhere. I didn't want the constant distraction (or cost) of a fancy phone so this keeps me connected without interrupting my dinner. I also appreciate a larger screen. Especially for viewing videos. It's responsive, holds a charge and is intuitively organized. I recommend the tablet to someone who wants connectivity and technology without the cost and time-sucking propensities of a Smartphone.

I love my new tablet now I enjoy playing my game on a bigger screen. It's light weight and easy to take along anywhere. The two colors are perfect. Love the features that come with the tablet. Still learning how to use my new tablet.

I traded in my 7" Tab 2 for this tablet as I wanted a larger tablet so I figured I might as well get this one since it was on sale. I also got $50 toward my trade. It is easy to use and very light. The only thing negative is the placement of some of the controls. When the tablet is positioned with the word "Samsung" upright, it is easy to accident hit the controls on below the screen with my hands. Additionally, the placement of the on/off switch makes it a bit more clumsy being on top. The power switch located on the Tab 2 was easier to operate. This could simply be because I choose to use my 10' in landscape position rather than portrait.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants something simple to learn, it offers online help among other tools; but one drawback I found was the manual doesn't really show you HOW to use ALL functions - Samsung says to go to skills workshop back at store to learn more. In my opinion, the manual should show more other than just the legal stuff. Wish that the photos upload program was easier to use, some of the downloaded apps on tablet (require) a internet connection - which shouldn't be necessary. Wish the tablet came with a USB connection, but overall I enjoyed this for small projects where I don't have to use the Home PC. Great for Kids, beginners, seniors - can enlarge screen to very big (A+). Using the music app - to hear it better use headphones.

Had my Tab 4 10.1 for just over a month now. So far I really like it! It does just what I need. A quick way to check email, weather, stocks throughout the day, play a game once in a while and I have photos and tunes on hand as well. I like the size and for a non techie like me it was easy to learn to get around on. I noticed the price is coming down on this model so now might be a good time to grab one. I would recommend investing in a cover and screen protector just to keep it in good shape.

We have a ton of tablets in my house, from the current generation nexus 7, iPad Air, iPad Mini, to several kindles, etc. I think this Samsung strikes the best balance of cost, performance, features, and app support. Jack of all trades sums it up well. If you have the extra money, yes the iPad Air is better. Is it worth the cost difference? Probably not. The biggest advantage to the Samsung is the expandable storage, which is the entire reason I purchased it (to use for movies in the car for the kids). Ended up liking it so much it's pretty much replaced my Nexus 7 as my goto Android tablet.

Purchased the Samsung - Galaxy Tab 4 - 10.1" - 16GB - Black as my wife was always having issues with her laptop taking forever to load or open programs. She's not to computer savvy and I was getting tired of her complaining I deleted something she wanted when cleaning out the laptop to help with performance. The Tablet has been a joy for her as it's fast, has no issues, great resolution and does everything she needs. We are both very happy with this product!

I mainly use this for searching the net, email etc. I have very little patience and am not tech oriented. This tablet is fast, user friendly and so far everything works great. The pictures are clear, color is great so I am very happy with the purchase. For reference, I had the Acer 210 before and was happy with it until I could no longer update the OS. This one has the kit kat which I am very happy with so far. Only time will tell how well it holds up.

Samsung - Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is super easy to use even for beginner. Love the screen size, the applications, and controls. Camera is very good as well. Good color rendering and clarity.

Likes: size and weight. Very portable. Works well with Logitech keyboard folio. Dislikes: not the fastest, and hate when I touch a button, instead of going there, it magnifies the choice and I have to touch it again to select.

The tablet is super functional syncs up automatically with my Samsung phone also I upgraded the storage capabilities and my tablet is pretty fast as a result. Very user-friendly very easy to navigate samgsung did a great job

I love being able to surf the web just like I did with my laptop. I bought the Samsung WI FI AllShare Cast Wireless Hub HDMI Adapter Data Cable to hook to my large LED Smart TV so I can mirror sites from my tablet to the large TV Screen when needing to share with others. I also upgraded to a wireless printer to work with my tablet......the only negative I find with a tablet is only the same with ALL electronics with screens....Hard to see while outside in the natural daylight. The Samsung is easy to navigate and so light weight, it is just mind blowing to me and how far along technology has come.

I'm a big apple fan boy, but I was just getting real tired of always paying so much money for an iPad, and it was always the same boring layout as all their devices. So i decided to venture out at get this tablet. I wanted something different, and this was it! I love this tablet, I use it for school, and work. It works very well, and it response very quickly. Although it does take long to charge, it rewards you by lasting very long. So thats cancels that out.

I purchased this table to replace my Asus tablet that I loved, but apparently someone else did too because they stole it. That being said, I'm glad that I made the purchase of the Galaxy Tab 4 instead of trying to replace my Asus with the same model. This tablet very fast and responsive. I'm not a "gamer" so I can't say how it handles certain popular games, but I use it daily for reading and surfing and for watching my videos it's great. It's very thin and light weight but solid. Well worth the money. And purchasing through Best Buy was simply the best. :)

This tablet is lighter than the tab 2. I also like the fact that it is real fast with a real good picture.

This is my first tablet. I reviewed several tablets online before purchasing the Galaxy Tab 4. This is the one that had all the features I was looking for. Camera forward and back shooting, email, taking notes, calendar, and too many features to list here! Its like have a mini computer that goes with you anywhere you want! I am impressed with the battery life it has also. I can use it for hours on end before the battery needs recharging. Excellent resolution and color makes this a fabulous tablet! I have no complaints at all on this purchase!
