We own our own business and my husband uses this for service calls. It does great with taking payments and allowing him to do research for the job that he is out. He is able to utilize this tablet for excel and word files and can even type proposals on it to give to the customer right away. It is a great tablet! The battery is very good on it he has to charge it about once a week and that's using it for 6-7 hours of heavy use a day. LOVE IT

I made the mistake of purchasing a verizon wireless promo tablet and bought this to replace the dud and have full functionality. While it doesn't connect to my vzw account, the functionality of touch screen, brilliant colors, enough room to download/upgrade apps, store info on the micro sd are all great. The really plus feature of this tablet was having a real live Samsung rep at the store so he was able to sit with me and tweak the applications and set up so it is really a sweet little tool now. Also purchased a keyboard and found that was a wise choice. Maybe I'm a klutz, but seems when this tablet isn't in the keyboard arrangement, I'm almost prone to dropping it-- a bit slippery case?

I originally purchased a Microsoft Surface 2 but after returning 2 different ones, I decided to give the Samsung tablet a try. It's hard to beat the ease of use of the Galaxy and it's nice to have the wider selection of apps available in the Google Play store. There seemed to be very few popular apps available from the Microsoft store. One of the major selling points as well is the ability to use external storage (microSD card). I was also pleasantly surprised when I was able to control the television using the tablet. This wasn't one of the reasons I purchased it, but after using it, I believe it should be factored into the decision making process of anyone trying to decide on a tablet. I purchased the tablet in advance of an international trip so that I wouldn't go crazy on the long flight and so that I could use it for research and contacting family. After carrying it all over and back, I can say it didn't let me down. I was able to use it on the plane and I was impressed with the battery life as well. It proved to be a valuable tool in booking hotels and planning my trip and with being able to contact family at home on skype. No complaints at all.

i love every aspect of this tablet. i had the tab 3 and it was stolen an i cant begin to tell u how upset i was after that. so i waited a year and the 4 came out so since i didnt have a bad thing to say about the 3 i upgraded to the 4 and again it is perfect for me. whether reading, taking pics surfing the web or playing games i love it. no regrets here.

This is an excellent tablet. I was undecided between the 7 and 10.1 . I am so glad that I went with the larger tablet. The larger screen allows you to split your screen of 2 pages when reading a book, which I love. The color is very vibrant and true to color. Easy to use and customize. Games load very fast, great for playing games on. The only thing I don't like, is the camera is not very nice. Samsung has excellent customer service. You get 1 full year warranty with 1 year of free tech support. Highly recommend this tablet.

Overall the Tab4 is a great value, you get a top of the line processor, adequate ram, a 10 inch screen and all at a great price. The screen quality is adequate but not great and the battery life is pretty poor but those are the types of trade offs you'll expect when you don't get the highest end product. Still for the price you can't beat the deal.

The screen size and picture quality is great. It's light and has a really good battery life for streaming. Charges quickly too.

I use this tablet more than my laptop. Screen is plenty big enough but tablet is still light and easy to use. Setup was VERY easy!

I bought the Samsung Galaxy 4 Tab because I own a Samsung Galaxy III phone and knew I would be able to synch them together. I was very impressed with my little knowledge of doing these things, how easy it was to synch them. The tablet is not only easy to use but the color and the clarity are very impressive! I love watching movies, reading books, and playing games on this tablet. Easy access to emails and FB also. Lightweight and slim, I would highly recommend this tablet to anyone!

I like it . I wish it didn't have so much bloatware. It loaded stuff that I didn't want or authorize. The videos play pretty well on it and I think the resolution is very good even though some people are complaining about that. I love the size and it is not too heavy. I like it overall but too be honest I love the insignia that I purchased for a gift better. It is a lot more responsive and doesn't freeze. It also doesn't have as much bloatware and stuff that I'll never need or want. They are both great tablets. I guess it just depends on what your needs are. For the money the insignia cannot be beat.

I got this tab for my wife to replace her Galaxy 7 inch tablet which had been commandeered by the kids. She loves the bigger screen, better resolution, and faster response time compared to her old tablet. It is very lightweight compared to other 10 inch tablets and sturdy. The only thing that prevents 5 start is Samsung and Android keep pushing updates which changes the user interface on her and she is constantly having to reset her home pages and menus.

The picture is perfectly clear. Very user friendly. Speed is incredible using the WiFi at work or home.

You can’t go wrong with this tablet, it’s easy to set up and use, fast and does all what you expect from tablet and the price is reasonable.

My mother was scared to use her desktop computer because she "might mess something up". so she thought about getting something easier to use like a laptop or a tablet, and unfortunately the sale person at the store talked her into a laptop. Well as you can imagine, she is now scared to do anything on her laptop. When she is at my house, she says how easy we make it look with our smartphones and tablets. So I looked to see how cheap I could get her into a 10" tablet. I ended up buying a cheaper tablet for $100, and scared her even more since it kept freezing and crashing while we set it up. Eventually, I took it back and got the Samsung Galaxy tab 4 10". You get what you pay for.........soooooo much better! Easy set up, and mom's not scared to use it! She even wrote me on it the other day excited because she was listening to music on it and looking at Internet at the same time. She loves it, and it is easy to use. after setting it up for her, I want one also.

We got this tablet for my husband mainly. He has learned how to navigate it pretty good. It is fast, you can have several windows active at a time and it doesn't slow down. He really likes that. He can play his card games on it, get all his racing information, e-mails, and surf the general web. He likes the portability of it. The battery last a very long time and charges quickly. Very good product.

The Galaxy Tab 4 with the 10.1" screen is great! I bought it for my wife for our anniversary and she hasn't put it down since. High quality, she uses it mainly for her games that she used to play on her phone. It runs smooth, hasn't had any crashes or locked up. And 16 gigs of storage is plenty. I really like the sound quality, it's hard to bear. Very happy with this purchase.
