This is our second one. This one is easier to use. Keyboard on screen a little larger. Excellent color and picture. Video calls are clear in sound and picture. We are older and not tech savvy. It works well for us. If you have an elderly family member would make a great gift and open the world up to them, as it did for hubby who is home bound.

I've had the tablet freeze up on me a couple of times, requiring a total shut-down and restart. I don't know if it's the tablet or applications/websites but the touch screen doesn't always respond. On the other hand, if there are two buttons close to each other the screen will magnify the area allowing you to confirm which button you actually want to click. I like that it has expandable memory in the form of a micro SD card slot-- so much more convenient than the iPad!!

I was looking for a larger tablet, and this was exactly what I wanted. Easy to use.

I was looking for a computer for my 11 year old grandson. He wanted to be able to play Minecraft really fast and he only had an iPad mini. He was so pleased with the speed he could move from one screen to another and although it wasn't a laptop or computer he was thinking he needed he was so thrilled with the speed and performance of this item. I was really happy to see how much he liked his Samsung Galaxy Tablet and so happy that the knowledgeable person at Best Buy suggested this item to us!! Suggest this product for anyone. Great speed. Great for young adults and beginners

Met my needs. No issues thus far. The speed is excellent. Battery life is good. Boot up time is fast.

Bought two of these for wife and I. Since I use a Samsung phone I knew what to expect, as for wife, shes not sold that easy. After a week or so complaints are becoming less frequent. Yes she owned an iPad before. Basically I saw the really good price for the specs they are selling and I bought them. We do everything from cruising the web, shopping, getting directions, and playing games. No lag what so ever, picture is very good and it has ok sound. Not having to spend over 300 bucks or more was my deal breaker. Thanks best buy.

Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about the best tablet for my daughter who lives in the NYC area and I am so happy that it's going to be a great present for her.

Bought as Christmas present for heavy user. It has great battery life, fast processor speed.

I love this tablet. It is nice and big and it was easy to get started. I actually switched from a Amazon Fire HDX to this and couldn't be happier. Has a nice big screen, and access to Google Play. Plus I put the Kindle app on here to access my books there. I bought a memory card to add to my memory since this only had 16 GB, the only negative I could find. So far have not have any problems! Definitelybrecommend it!

Excellent picture quality especially for the price and size of the tv. Easy to use and great quality.

Tablet is great but I was unable to complete purchase on line due to web page issues. The following day I went to nearest store and had to pay $100 more because sale ended.

My son was getting too old for his leappad epic so we decided that the Samsung Tab A 10.1 was the right fit for him. The apple was over priced and no memory card slot. There are plenty of learning apps to get and some of the learning app he has at school too. I did get an aftermarket protective case in case of the droppage. He is allready an expert on using it. Will probably buy one for our daughter when the time is right as well.

Just As described. Was worried when i got a delayed shipped message but it was ready for pick up next day. I love my new tablet and the little extra note taking apps on it.
