samsung tab a is a better one than ipads. at least i can make my own folder to organize my photos around the world without using wifi or internet. iplanned to only use this for photographs, no emils, no facebook no music. i added a mini ssd to increase my tab a capacity. this toy is awesome. i recommend this to everyone.

Really high value for money. Great all around tablet. Had to buy 10 of these for business purposes and they work really well without breaking the bank. The specs and power of this tablet are more than sufficient to handle a good amount of computing — not typically found in other non-iPad tablets.

My husband had an older version that was slightly smaller than this one and it lasted for years until the battery eventually went bad and died. Since it was older I bought him this one instead of taking it to have the battery changed. We are both extremely happy with this tablet and intend to swap the battery in his older tablet for the kids to use. Win, win!

This is a great entry level tablet. It feels solid in your hand. The screen is huge. The tablet allows for expanding memory which is a plus.

Great tablet for the price. If you've ever used a samsung phone/tablet before you know what to expect from the UI. You can disable most of them so they're not in your apps drawer anymore. You can't download to many apps on here because of the 16gb of storage but if you can put some apps onto a microSD card to save some storage. So if you're looking for a quick & budget friendly tablet I would recommend this one.

Worked out well. Has OpenCL support, large screen and pretty decent price tag.

I lost my old tablet on an airplane and needed a quick replacement. The Tab A was available for a reasonable price and I had some reward certificates to use. The only real disappointment is the fact it still uses the micro USB cable instead of the USB-C cord so I still have to travel with multiple cables. No issues otherwise for what I use it for. So far it has good battery life and I can watch at least 7-8 hours of videos on an airplane without recharging.

Everything about this tablet is what I expected it ti have. Easy set up, large HD screen.
