Reasonably priced tablet with great screen color and is lightweight. Comfortable to hold and fits in my purse if I want to take it with me. Like that they moved the buttons from the edge of the tablet to on the screen. This is my second Samsung and will buy no other.

I wanted something to use word on that was bigger than my phone. I bought this on cyber Monday and was glad for it. It was much cheaper and came in quickly. The screen quality is sharp and clear and the tablet is easy to use. It has good enough space for what I need it for. The camera is not great quality but I did not expect it to be, since it is a tablet. It plays netflix and other apps very well. My only issue is when i am online and watching or playing a game the touch screen lags. I do not have this problem when I am offline so I am not sure what is going on. But, when I am online and try to touch the screen it takes a couple of touches before the screen seems to realize I am touching it. It does not do this offline. Anyways, that is my only issue. I do like this tablet and believe it is worth it.

The tablet failed the day it was delivered. However, after a brief conversation with a Samsung tech guy and then a even shorter conversation with a Best Buy salesperson, I was able to get it replaced the next day from the Best Buy where it was purchased. I was glad the I bought from Best Buy and not Amazon even though it cost a few dollars more at Best Buy, It was money well spent. Since then, the product has met all of my expectations and then some. It's the perfect size and weight to read books and pdf files, and to watch Amazon and Netflix movies from a recliner in the bedroom before going to sleep. This is about the 7th tablet that I have owned and the 2nd 8" tablet. The others were 7" and 10". The 10 Samsung along with a Bluetooth keyboard is fine for working on a plane or at the pool. The 7" tablets were purchased at a time when that was the only size tablet available. I would definitely recommend the Samsung 8'' Android for all else. Although I own an 8" Amazon Fire tablet, I haven't used it since the Samsung 8" arrived.

We bought it for our daughter to play games, and watch shows. It held up extremely well to her heavy use even before we got a case for it. It is durable, and the battery life is great! We highly recommend this, for its speed and reliability and how well it holds up to even the most intense kids.

Bought 3 of these on sale for Christmas gifts for my children. They are great little tablets that have held up through all the drops and spills that 7 year olds have. They are still currently using these and tablets. I love & prefer Samsung products!

I bought this for my dad’s Christmas gift. He really likes it, and He doesn't use his galaxy anymore at home. This is a size for old people. It's not heavy and they can bring it to anywhere. And it was in sale so super cheap. Still fast and reliable tablet in 2020

This little tablet is good if you want to store some pictures or play some games or maybe read a downloaded book. The battery, once charged, lasts a long time. The memory however gets used up very quickly but for the money its worth it.

I bought this tablet for my wife who was using an Apple Mini Pad to play casino games online. Since she has received it she is only using the Samsung Tablet. That says it all! Easy to use. Faster response. Nicer screen. I have not heard one complaint! I recommend this product highly!

Overall a good tablet for my kids, i have a 4 and a 7 years old boys that love to see videos on youtube kids and play some video games. Is a average tablet for that... Good batery life, light and good screen size for a kid.

Very happy with the Samsung Galaxy Tab A with 8" screen. Perfect size for reading and large enough for web browsing, streaming video, etc. Excellent graphics and display. Easy to navigate. Almost every app out there is available and optimized for this device. Very good battery life and due to the smaller screen size, light and easy to hold with one hand. Unless you want a 10" screen or you are looking for tablet that can convert to a laptop, this is a great option.

It's a good tablet for casual use. Instagram, some Netflix, or maybe Facebook. It only has 2GB of RAM though so it can take a bit to load applications. Once the app is open though, everything runs smoothly. I don't really think it's worth the price new but I got it open box for $70 which was a good price. One annoyance is that is still used Micro USB to charge. Update: It's really not a bad tablet but I was able to get an open box Tab A7 lite for the same price so I upgraded. The extra 1GB of RAM really makes a difference in the responsiveness and the bigger screen is a nice bonus.

It's a bit bigger than the Tabs I've had in the past, and that takes some getting used to, but performance-wize, this is a great tablet with plenty of space and a great display. Now, if Samsung would only upgrade the camera........

I LOVE this new tablet! It was so easy to set up, perfect size as well. I bought the white ine. It doesn't heat up when Im gaming like my old one. No freeze-ups. Its fast & a pleasure to use!

I purchased this primarily to use as an e-book reader, although it can do much more. The screen is excellent and easy to read. I have not used it to view any videos but I have signed on to a couple of web sites I use and find the color and clarity to be outstanding. This is the second Galaxy Tab I've owned and my only complaint with the first one was battery life. So far, a single charge seems to last for several days even if I do not turn it off between reading times. While I think the price is about $40 too high, given the quality of the device, I guess you get what you pay for.

I see reviews where it's stated this is a kid's tablet and I'd like to clear this up. This is not the same version as the kids tablet, though they do use the same user manual. The software may be the same, I have no idea. The tablet is fine for the price. Share and read files, email, browse the net, play games, and other general use. It does have limitations, but for $150 I would expect that. This is a definite step up from my Fire 7 7th gen. If you're used to a higher end tablet chances are you'll be disappointed with this one, but for a first Android tablet this is an excellent choice. You will want a micro sd card for extra storage. The cameras are awful, but not a deal breaker since I have other good options for photo use. My item was purchased new.

This tablet is amazing. It was very easy to set up. It replaced an earlier Samsung tablet of mine and is much lighter and faster. A great tablet at a phenomial price. Highly recommended.

Powerful yet affordable tablet, significantly good value at the advertised pricing. Great for netflix, browsing, etc. Awesome battery life and screen quality and external storage options.

Purchased as a gift for my elderly mother. Easy to use and set up. Easy to navigate for an elderly person. Just the right size and storage capabilities for light use.

My son has been on this tablet since June 21 2021 and he is autistic so he uses it til the battery dies and it still working like brand new
