This tablet is fast. The only drawback is it's not a PC and can't run those types of programs. I added a 128GB SD micro card for increased capacity. We use it often. Also, when getting a case, make sure you use the right version number.

I bought this specifically to use with a drone but it has become my every day tablet for all kinds of stuff as well. Works very well and has a great battery life. Also has great storage when you add a 128g SD card.

Charged new tablet for 30 minutes and connected it to my WIFI and I was busy checking Facebook and catching up on News. Fast enough for viewing videos / U-tube. Screen is clear and color is great. Perfect size to carry anywhere.

Samsung makes quality products and this galaxy tab A 8.0 does not disappoint. Ease the use, great battery life, surprisingly very good sound, with typical Samsung quality on the clarity of colors. A very good value.

Works Great & Long Battery Life. I bought this tablet to make it easy on my eyes vs using my cell (Note 8) All my favorite apps were automatically installed once I signed into my Google & Samsung account. Easy setup.

Bought this tablet for myself after my LG died 5 years later. I love this tablet. Plenty of memory for my games and the screen is a nice size for reading on my kindle. 2 days later I bought another one for my husband!

I had the 10.1 Galaxy tab a 16 gb and needed more memoy. This 8 inch screen has much better detail and feels great while holding it in my hands. The speaker is not the best but that is really the only flaw for me.

The Tab A was a great upgrade for me, very light weight. Display is very sharp. Small enough that I can hold it with one hand. Comes preloaded with a lot of software.

Very easy to use. It responds very fast. I love that u can have 2 users on the same tablet but with different profiles for each one. I have access to all my favorite apps. Games run great in it also. Would highly recommend.

This tablet is user friendly and easy to use. I use it primarily for reading and browsing the web. I would recommend it to others based upon price and functionality.

The weakness of this product is the tablet experience on Android. I use it to watch videos and read comics when I'm away. It has solid battery life and is small enough to toss in my bag. It has a dated look with large bezels but it works for what I need.

My daughter was in need of a device that was more up to date. This Tab works great! It has more memory, more apps are compatible with the newer operating system and it runs much faster. My daughter loves it!

My old Tab A was no longer working too well so I figured it was time to replace it. Don't get me wrong there are some good features with this one. I prefer the USB-C over the micro USB, and 32gb instead of 16 is a plus. This new version is narrower which I don't like because I had to buy a different case and several sites render differently on the narrower screen. It also doesn't have an ambient light detector, so the app I had to automatically adjust screen brightness can't do that. Trying to insert a micro SD card is more difficult because it requires you to use the little tool provided in the box or a small paper clip to push into the hole until you feel the "spring" that allows the cover to pop up ever so slightly. I'm not going to recommend it, mostly to get people to read this review, and see the shortcomings of this new Tab A so they won't be surprised.

Would definitely recommend this tablet; I've been very happy with it. Works and runs great; good size; screen is bright and clear. I would suggest getting a case as it is a little slick to hold onto.

This tablet is very nice. It is small but powerful. It does everything I need it for. I can watch movies and do work. Lots of room for apps and expansion. It is very convenient to take on trips.

Does everything I need it to do. Great screen for watching shows too! Perfect size for travel and fits in the smaller pouch of my backpack I take to work as well as my purse. Good battery life. Happy with it!

My tablet is definitely smarter than me! I got it mainly for the camera, but I've got a lot to learn...it does soooo much! It's fast and does things with my pictures that I never expected. You'll just have to get one and see all the fun things it can do!

was looking for a new tablet for my wife found this one and started looking at reviews this one received great reviews so i bought it.Its larger screen made it good for het and it was vert easy to use.

Easy to use and speedy, small enough to fit in the bag I carry each day. Perfect as a basic tablet. Camera quality and audio not as great as on a larger device; but certainly adequate for what I wanted,

The price was awesome and the specs on this tablet are just what I wanted. The display is decent and it handles all the tasks (including some pretty graphic intense games) that I throw at it with relative ease.
