I have always bought Samsung products. But this one is is displaying a water detected in USB port and I have not got it wet. Been having to clear this error. Disappoint that this happed as soon as my warranty ran out.

Great pads, very funtional, sturdy glass... have had 2 in last 2 years.. however both pads at 13 months, had charging issues.. ports needed repair ..Conveniently after 1 year warrenty. 90$ to fix Buy the extended warranty!!

I have owned several Samsung tablets in the past and this one has been a huge disappointment. I will be calling to return to the manufacturer. It is constantly pixelating and at times will not turn on without a hard reboot.

This tablet was ordered online. The Best Buy website recommended accessories for the tablet, but the recommendation was completely wrong. It is nearly impossible to find accessories for this product.

I enjoy the size but the internet is soooooooo slooooowwwwwww. My web based games take forever to load and restarting doesn't help. Oh, and good luck finding a case to fit it.

Would give it a 5 star if the Home button and the ones on either side of it would light up. Very hard to use when it is low light

Works fine, it has a good screen, but look for newer model so it will last longer and get the latest Android version. This can be good for the price, and it's not easy to tell which is the newest model.

Super low end, well, everything. But you get what you pay for (sorta) with these Samsung tablets. Better off getting the pricier, faster models if you can afford them.

I was told this was a 2018 tablet. When I opened it I found out it was 2017 model. I hate to buy something that is 2 yrs. Old but since there is a restocking fee I'm not sure what to do.

This was my first time to try Samsung, it is good device, but I think I like the apple table better as I am very familiar with it. Not bad one, but I doubt I continue to buy Samsung.

I would expect a newly bought item to have current software. Not very convenient to hold while using. Recent and back buttons aren't light or elevated, making them hard to use.

For a tablet that performs the usual tasks, this Samsung does the job.

I watch shows in bed and the frame is so narrow my fingers are constantly touching the screen and changing the program. Is there a trick for holding the device while in bed?
