Owned for about a month enjoying the upgrade from my 2013 tablet.

Charge doesn’t last long, overall works ok.Not what I expected.

This is a good Samsung Tab A for Kids entertainment and education.

It has a good respond time for the entertainment of a kid.

Found online as open box but when I received it, it was not.

I think you should mention the real release year of this tablet “2017” -not simply last model- that’s confusing for buyers, I would like to return one that I bought but the time to do it is over already

This tablet was supposed to be a good one. I feel it is very slow. The camera is not as clear as it could be. Overall the tablet is not worth the money.

It is hard to find an 8" tablet. Picked this up as soon as I saw it as old one died. Much much much heavier than previous model. An annoyance to carry in a purse or bag for travel. No indication that charging cord had changed. I just purchased new hi-speed cords for the old one. Taller size more difficult to balance in one hand when sitting to read. I'll have to pay a restocking fee, but it is going back. I'm going to do a lot more research before I replace the old one.

I liked my old Samsung - Galaxy Note 8.0 so much better. Not happy with this new version. It doesn't operate well. My advice - Don't buy one...

poor internet access..poor screen functionality..horrible intuitive screen access...poor screen interaction.

After I had the tablet for a week I realized that the back and recent buttons were not lighting so I went through Samsung for repair. They said repair would be 5 to 7 business days. I shipped the unit on Aug 30th (UPS delivered on Sept 3) and Samsung is now saying that projected return is Sep 30. Samsung will have my hardware for 2/3 of my first 1.5 months of ownership. Be advised if your hardware needs to go back.

Product is not as fast as Tab 2. Heavier as well. Will look for another product that offers faster operating, lighter weight

Alright at first I was ok with the product. Then I began to use it. It’s slippery in the hand due to the back case being slick. I almost dropped the tablet several times. I also didn’t think the sound was very good when watching something. The kindle fire 8 has better sound and its half the price. I then tried beats headphones and again even with headphones the sound was low and poor. I adjusted settings and still it was terrible. I did a web search and apparently Samsung tablets have poor sound. I returned the tablet after a week and was glad I did.

This model is unnecessarily complicated, meaning there are too many steps to perform to get to a destination, and then to cancel a route. The older models are much better.

my daughter has the same tablet but with a different version of Android. I had the tablet a few days after possible return and then I got an update. Now certain features of a few apps will not run. Apps just crash. I've spent hours with support and there are no fixes. I have a friend who has Android 9 on his LG phone and had no problems so it is the tablet. I don't recommend buying this tablet.

We got this as a raferbeshed item. Had to bring it back a couple of times. However when it works it's great!! Over I like it.

I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S tablet and just replaced it with another Samsung Galaxy S. I went from a (approximately) 10" down to the 8-inch style so there has been some adjustments to be made. I am not very tech-minded so I find the Samsungs to be dependable and the Android system easy to operate. And by purchasing the tablet at Best Buy Products I am able to take advantage of the Samsung representatives that have training appointments available when I get stuck.

I'm a bit disappointed here, but it was cheap. Slow to react, touch spots aren't always accurate, and I ran out of room fast.

I bought tbis tablet, to replace my GALAXY TAB A 8.0 16GB from 2015, due to its constant crashing... This new tablet first of all..never would sync with the rest of my Microsoft devises..my emails would not sync..and this tablet ran horribly slow...and for 188.00..it's not at all worth it. I returned this tablet for a full refund. I will not buy another Samsung tablet
