But Samsung really agressive on crippling thier hardware. I had it for a year, I would reset after update but still slow and buggy as hell. Its unusable.. only recommend it if planing to custom flash with AOSP ROMs

It kept on loading so slow and not opening some apps or closing the apps for no reason. Also there's no light on the bottom for the keys on the left or right side so you can't see the back key. She now she wants a laptop. So does anyone no of a good laptop that doesn't cost alot?

To make matters worse, Warranty already expired.. It would not connect to the internet. Tech support was bad. Kept telling me to call my internet provider. I have a portable computer and a smart TV also Dish TV and none of them required a password to connect.. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Lesser cost tablets at least have these buttons on the bottom of the screen. Very annoying! I would not have purchased this product if I had known.
