I use it mostly for Kindle books, and it works perfectly, but without all of the Amazon ads and marketing stuff that the Fire throws at you constantly. Also got one for my 99 year old Mother in Law, for the same reason, and she loves it. Now that the octo cores are out, I need to upgrade. ;-)

Since I use it mostly for lists, reading, and connecting to laptop works well. The size is good for me due to limited vision so can set the font as is best for me. One disappointment was the charging cord that no longer is the same size on the ones on my charging station, so will need to purchase an additional one. But, the new charging process is much faster - so I guess a trade off.
