Really love this tablet, the size is awesome, the speed is unbelievable, very easy to use!

Iam very happy with my tablet, have everything I need, size is perfect to take it anywhere fit perfect in my purse, is the new version and I can sync my Galaxy S6 edge , the price is great using my rewards best buy points I just paid 238 included taxes !! I defenelly recommended.

I bought this tablet to replace an older tablet that I had. This tablet is exactly what I was looking for. I looked at the specs and price this was a excellent fit for my needs. I like the larger screen vs. a 7" and I like to be able to use a large capacity Micro SD Card. It feels light and solid. I like the bright and clear screen.

I've owned several different tablets over the last four years and this one by far is the best one yet. I like the size and performance, and definitely the best price. I give it five stars all day long.

I really like this tab. The size is great for me, the bigger ones I felt were a bit too large to carry anywhere - this one fits easily in a purse. The price is good and it does the job for browsing, facebook, youtube, netflix, etc. The camera is a little fuzzy tho so if the purpose of your tab is solely pictures and video then you might consider something more higher up in price and quality.

Was looking for a tablet to replace my ipod Touch. This has been a great addition to my electronics - easy to hold, easy to use. I miss a few Apple features but not many. The only thing that I don't like on this is that it doesn't automatically add a period at the end of sentences. That is so minor that it almost doesn't count. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a tablet.

I bought 3 of these to replace my childrens' Tab 3 kids edition. The Tab A is much faster and smoother for running kids apps that use a lot of ram and memory. Apps that would lag or freeze on the Tab 3 run flawlessly. I installed a kids mode app to keep them safe. My 3 children from age 2 to 8 use these.

Weight is light. Bettery are can be used longer. Running is fast.

I bought this tablet for my mom's birthday and she absolutely loves it. It is very lightweight and I like the fact that it looks a little wider than the tab 4 that I had purchase for my son. I also love the fact that I was able to get the geek squad protection that come with accidental damage, just in case!

My husband bought this tablet and since we don't have a smart phone this tablet is perfect. It has a long lasting battery and is convenient to take on vacation since it is smaller than the laptop we used to take.

I decided that I wanted a tablet a few months ago and from there looked around. I always read reviews and things before buying something of this magnitude. With having a Samsung phone and camera it only made sense to have a Samsung tablet too. I love how big the screen is on it but how light weight it is. I do wish that is was slightly newer as my phone is Galaxy S6. But overall it is a great product and I am happy with how it works. It was pretty cheap too which always helps.

I had a difficult time deciding which tablet to purchase. I looked at most of the units made by other companies. My conclusion was that Samsung was the best unit for what I wanted in ease of use and the price I wanted to pay. I looked at the different sizes available and chose the galaxy tab 4 - 8 inch unit as my preference in what I was looking for in a quality product.

Purchased the Samsung Tab A - 8 tablet to use with my Mavic Pro Drone (instead of using my Samsung S7 phone). I don't think it's necessary to opt for a cell enabled tablet. The larger screen offers great image quality and makes touch screen operations much easier. Note: You will need to purchase an optional "tablet holder" and connecting cable.

The reason I purchased a tablet was to allow me to download and read books. The size of the tablet is perfect because it is approximately the size of a book. The weight us great because it is lighter than most books. The Bluetooth allows me to connect my headset and listen to music and audio books. This tablet meets and exceeds all my needs.

Really my only gripe with this tablet is the screen resolution. In this age of ultra-sharp screens, this one is a throw back to 2012. Other than that, this is a great device. Long battery life, very light to hold, a pretty responsive touch screen and processor, and expandable memory make for a quality device.

Recently we traded in two older Samsung Tab 2 tablets towards the purchase of two new Tab A tablets. One of the trades was a Tab 2 7" tablet for a Tab A 8". Picture quality is as good as the older Tab 2 and the power up and loading much quicker. The Tab A operates on the current Android 5 "Lollipop" system. This is a nice Samsung tablet that is very competitively priced.

A great product all round; sleek and elegant to look at, while delivering excellent response for games, graphics and office apps i.e. Word & Excel. Compact and neatly fits into my smaller handbags. Would be nice to have the <Recent apps> and <Back> keys back lit (even just for 10-15 seconds).
