He is now 10 and still has it and it is still working pretty much as well as it did when he first got it. The only thing I recommend doing is making sure if you buy it for a child that you make sure he or she charges it correctly or the battery will start losing its charge much faster than it should (obviously).

Good tablet but it will not work with DJI Go 4

I thought that it was defective and exchanged it. The new tablet would not connect either (even though Best Buy has it listed as compatible). I just happened to try my Galaxy s5 phone and it worked perfectly. I was directed to the DJI Phantom 4 spec sheets on line and did not see the Galaxy Tab A listed as compatible. It is probably a good tablet but you are wasting your time if you intend to use it with a Phantom 4 drone.
