Just starting to learn about the uses of the Samsung Tab A. There are a lot of things I still have to learn. The camera is great. The pictures come out great. The screen size is big enough for reading and looking at pictures . Playing games is great because of the screen size. I am going to take the free classes that are provided, where I bought the tablet, to learn more about how to use the Samsung Tab A,

It is lighter, faster, and clearer that past models we have had. It seems to be programed better and more intuitive. We have not put it down since we bought it.

Note, I have only owned the TAB A for a little over a month. Overall the product is a winner. Coming from a 1st gen. Apple tablet, this one is of course faster and the screen is crisp. Maneuvering around the tablet in ref. to systems, storing and retrieving information is a little tricky. But that may be more of a users issue than anything.

A must buy. Easy to use and takes great pictures. Screen is a good size.

The overall performance meets most of my needs. Speed, Samsung features, sound and screen quality seem to me to be very good, and the price fit my budget. The battery doesn't last as long as I would like, but I use it in places where I have access to electrical outlets. My only criticism is that the speakers are positioned for portrait use, and not for landscape use, something I didn't pay attention to when I bought it. But, the position is not so negative to warrant my returning the unit.

I wanted a tablet that I could take on vacation out of the country so I would not have to take my notebook computer along. After reading the reviews on this particular unit, I decided it was what I was looking for, and it did not disappoint. The Android software was already familiar to me since I have a Samsung Note 4 also. Therefore, setup was a simple process. Using LogMeIn software, I was able to access my home computer when necessary and send and receive emails as long as there was a WiFi connection available. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased for my daughter for use at college. So far she is very pleased with the Samsung - Galaxy Tab A. Primary reason for purchasing this unit was the built in "S" pen. She is an Engineering student and the pen makes it extremely easy to take notes, capture scientific formulas, etc.

I really love mine. It's speed and performance with both apps and surfing the Internet is great. This is my first Samsung product and I am so pleased with it. I wish the first tablet I had gotten several years ago was one but I ended up with another well know manufacturer and that tablet was OK but compared to this, that tablets performance was very slow.

Works great, fast and easy to navigate. Battery is long lasting.

Perfect size and weight. The s pen makes it better than an ipad

Came pre-installed with everything I needed out of a tablet and has enough storage to download the streaming services I wanted. Just the right size-big enough to watch videos yet small enough to easily fit in my bag. Love it!

After years of having an ipad with a samsung phone, this was the best choice I made. Now my phone and tablet are in sync which has helped me be more productive and organized in my career. Having the S pen takes this tablet from good to great. I am not able to easily take notes during meetings and jot down quick notes and to do list much easier.

Bought this because the iPad original I had been using died. I really like the Samsung products for their quality, screen sharpness, reliability and ease of use. The Tab A was a great price for a basic everyday use tablet. Don't use it for gaming or too much video streaming but what I have watched the picture quality was great.

Excellent tablet. 16GB of storage is plenty for a tablet and the battery life is over 8 hours. Synced phone photos, contacts, and other stuff with no problem. I like the way it is similar in physical design to the Samsung Galaxy smart phone - easy to learn.

Ive really enjoyed this Samsung tablet. Still using it strongly to date, the interface is great and easy to use. Gets great wifi coverage, has a speedy multicore processor and plenty of memory. Battery life is good, easily lasts me 2 days on a single charge. Definitly reccommend this for anyone...

I simply love my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7. It is sleek and runs smoothly, a great compliment to my Samsung Note 5. Until this purchase, I had not upgraded since my Motorola Xoom tablet, so this is much lighter, thin and much faster. Recommended highly!

I really love this tablet because it is configured like my Samsung Galaxy phone. So, there was very little that I needed to learn about the tablet. It is very user friendly. Love that it has a front camera option for using Skype. It's lightweight and easy to take anywhere you go. I highly recommend getting the cover as well.

This is my second Samsung tablet. I enjoy this one more, it's size is nice for viewing, no bloatware, very easy to navigate. Highly recommend it
