This is a great tablet to purchase for children. It has a kid mode for younger children and once they get older it can be removed to act like a normal tablet.

We ending up getting this in an exchange when my son cracked his screen on his Lite A version and the store didn't have the same one in stock and couldn't order it. We like this one better because it has a camera on the front so it's easier for my kids to facetime with their cousins. Will be using it on our 8 hour trip next week along with some other items we've purchased.

The only problem with this tablet is that the Samsung Kids App is no longer compatible on this tablet. That was the main reason for getting it. I have the TabA and its already downloaded on it it works and it is nice but my grandchild is not using my tablet. Also the Kids app you only have a 30 day free trial then your charged 59.99. You can only cancel before the trial ends, if not your paying for it until its time to re subscribe. The best is the guardian can monitor how long the child can use it and monitor what is being downloaded.

I loved this because it has parental controls. My grandson is able to watch his vidoes and play his favorite games including ABC mouse .com

Bought this a lighter case from amazon because my two old plays it. She loves it n uses it daily for games, ABC mouse and kids YouTube.

Weight is little high but with the cover the grip holds good. Sound quality and performance is excellent and for 130$ it’s a good deal
