Good Morning Staff. This is my first time having a tablet and I loving every minute of it. Its bright and clear plus I get to read more book's. My grandson and I both share a moment while we use our tablet's. He is 4 years old and sometimes he show me what to do. " priceless"

Good quality for the price. I recommend to people looking for a budget tablet to just watch videos on Youtube and play some games. If you want to stream tv shows or movies, it might not be the best option because it does load things more slowly than a midrange price tablet.

this device is triple the weight of the tablet I replaced. It had a nice size keyboard until an update messed that up and now I cannot get the larger keyboard back. Seems to be running slower, too. I am still using the old tablet too and wished I had been more patient with its minor storage.

Bought this to use with my ham radio....APRS. It works great for that. I have used it for e-mail and internet and it does well. A larger version would be nice better viewing, but I did not want anything larger on my dash for APRS.

Got this open box and it’s perfect for my needs. Great for media consumption. Will get Android 11. Has Google Play Store which is more than I can say for other cheaper tablets. Have reasonable expectations and you’ll enjoy this for what it is. It works and it works well.

Works very well for a children's tablet. We are using this to download a few apps and to use for our daughters home schooling. For what we need it for, it works great. We admittingly do not put too much stress on this tablet. It is not used for more than an hour at a time.

Had an old Samsung Galaxy Tablet and I loved it. It's my daughter's for her school apps and games. The only reason I upgraded was because there were some apps that wouldn't download on the old Android operating system. I love Samsung, high quality, not a lot of bloatware and easy to set up and use.

Display is great, sound quality is better than the tab4, camera is okay. Now the bad news, the internal memory is used to about 40% on delivery and if you want to clean it up you get a notice that you can mess up the software. It would be nice to not have so much prepackaged software.

This tablet is great, has excellent graphics and vivid colors. I like the size for daily using making reading and writing easier.

I mainly purchased the tablet to play simple games (to save battery life on my phone) and to watch some sports when away from home (my phone screen is just too small). I have been very surprised at how slow it is. Compared to my phone (an S8), it's noticeably slower. It takes longer to boot up and very simple games (e.g. Gummy Drop) run much slower. Overall response time to check email and social media is slower too. It definitely would not be good for anyone wanting to do anything more than simple stuff.

This product in fine. My complaint is that this pad did not have the 32GB Micro SD Card that should have came with it. I did send Best Buy an email stating so and requesting that they send one out, but I never got a reply from them, so I give Best Buy 0 stars for that.

Previous tablet finally gave up. Stopped in Best Buy not really looking for a new tablet. Sale going on and associated gave me the quarter tour. This was by fare the best value. None available at this store so I had associate find an available unit and notify me upon arrival.

I got this as a birthday gift for my 8 year old to play games on (and so I could have my phone back full time). He loves it and it works great for Minecraft, Roblox, etc. as well as all our streaming apps. He loves it and it was easy for me to set up and for him to use.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Best Buy. From my entry into the store I was met with multiple courteous personnel who directed me to the appropriate place to purchase my Samsung Galaxy Tablet A. And my tablet suits my needs perfectly.

This was purchased for my mother-in-law. She is liking it very much, and it gets her back online. Her old tablet was wearing out, and this tablet not only lets her get back online, but we are able to help her out very easily since it has essentially the same OS as our phones.

This tablet is a great starter tablet. I have been in the tablet market for a while now and have watched how the Tab A has grown and changed over the years. I would recommend this tablet to people who want to have access to email, news and a few streaming services, like Netflix.

Electronics and I don't get along well. So far it is working fine. We shall see how long it lasts. Screen is alright size. Still have to take glasses off to see at times. Again I wish they didn't come with all the crap I never use. You should be able to customize what comes on it.

Great tablet. I've had Samsung tablets before & they've always performed good. Its understandable that devices won't last for 10 years but it would be nice if repair cost on them was inexpensive so that these tablets would be more repairable and not such quick disposable items.

Picked this one up to play board games. Every game runs great, my only problem I have with it is that I cannot move Apps from the systems storage to a micro sd card. This problem is on the software side and developers not programing it into the program.
