I purchased this tablet because it says next day delivery. Needed it for my wife to video chat with her son in ICU, he has covid 19. She gave him hers. I know it's not Best Buy fault, but I perched it on May 20th and I received it on the May 24th.

I bought this for my husband and he really likes it. Its not to big or too little for him. We might have to get some help from the Qeek Squad to finish setting it up. So far he has enough setting up to keep him quiet and busy.

Purchased this for our daughter to replace an older, kids version. Spouse and I have an older version of the same model. Very nice upgrades, just be sure to order the CORRECT (i.e. NEW) version of the screen protectors for this as the old ones will NOT FIT!

The description online had the detail I needed to make a choice, to replace a previous tablet, that had gotten damaged. The Samsung tablet arrived promptly, well packed and with all instructions, etc. needed. I am starting to enjoy it!

I bought this to replace my old S2 Tab. I am very pleased that I am able to everything with this tablet that I could do with my old one. I use Nook and all transferred seamlessly. I used the smart switch and had no problems setting up my new device.

Seems to work well. I wish Samsung would get rid of all the "helpful" applications and interuptions. I avoid buying samsumg phones and tablets because they always try to foce me into things. I don't feel safe with Samsung bullying me.

A little misleading. Indicated "latest" model, unfortunately last release of this model was 2019 and we are in 2021. Good price point though. You get what you pay for.

I got 2 Samsung tablets for my daughters and they love them. They have enough storage space for them, it easily connected to the internet and it doesn't make it difficult to download any app. Its great for kids.

This was a Christmas gift that arrived AFTER Christmas and was supposed to be here by Christmas Eve! My dad is extremely happy with this item and takes it everywhere he goes. It keeps him occupied and is very easy for him to use.

I got one for my husband a few weeks ago and he raved about it so much I got one for myself! Great portable size and reasonably priced. There are a lot more available apps than I thought. Never own Android before,,,,I like it!

This is a great tablet for kids to learn on! I bought this as a replacement for an Amazon tablet and I like it SO much better and so does my child! Very happy with my purchase. Only negative is that I wish it has a type C charging port.

Great price on a great product. I ordered on line. Pulled into the curbside pickup slot and before I could text them my arrival a staff person stationed in the lot asked my order info went in and got it. Well done Best buy!

Have their phone and love Samsung products. Easily set up, instructions were clear and was using it 5 minutes after opening the box. Very reasonable price, and fast delivery. Very satisfied with Best Buy service!!

Great product but if you are looking at keeping for a few years then you are running out of time. Samsung will soon put this off market. Last I was informed it is not being manufactured any more

I got this for my ninety-four year old mother to use for email and facebook. Works fine. It's not powerful, per se, but more than enough power for her needs.

The Manager Dave helped us with everything; he was great and got everything we needed. it was a pleasure to work with him and I would suggest that anyone who needs a knowledgeable salesperson go see Dave!

Tablet is sharp and can run multiple programs but is extremely slow and is VERY poor at getting Wifi reception even where other units may be 10X faster.

I needed help with my Samsung tablet and Jake, who works at Best buy as a Samsung employee, was so willing to take the time to help me understand some of the features of my new tablet. I will always go to him for help.

I purchased this tablet for my son mainly to watch videos and play games so he would be using my phone. Overall it’s a good tablet but there’s a few games that he can’t play because the tablet it’s android and some games are not supported.

This was a gift item for a friend of mine. The awesome thing is, is that he's using it. I have the 10.4 version and love it, and both items work only on Wifi, so there are no extra charges on our phone/mobile bills.
