I use this for our Sunday and Tuesday meetings its got alot of storage brite screen loads fast

The tablet is a great all arounder. Mediocre cameras gives way to a nice looking screen (720p) capable software - running Android 10 - and sufficient storage. I used this for XCloud Streaming and it did fair. It would stutter and hang up occasionally as the WiFi was a bit slow, but otherwise it was good. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a school computer or laptop replacement - you are better off spending the money for something like a 10" Tab 5e or something nicer

I bought this tablet to replace my older version of the same Samsung model that only had 8g capacity and a smaller screen. This one is much nicer. Faster and of course a lot more storage. If you are looking for something decent and can't afford an iPad, this tablet is your very best choice. I like it better than the Amazon Fire I also used to own. Spend the extra money and get the Samsung.

Was looking for a tablet for my son for car rides and something i could use myself and found this Samsung Tablet. The size is perfect and priced just right. Love how sturdy it feels and the picture is very clear. Feels pretty quick for everyday apps and web browsing. Battery life is really good too! Would recommend!

Pretty good thing for my 7year old son. Although he always wanted an iPad but he is very happy with the tablet. It is fast. Screen is very crisp. Charge stays for a long time I.e. around 2 days even Witt playing games in it. The camera is very good and takes crisp picture. I personally liked the tablet very much. The size is perfect for us, not too big and heavy to handle. I love it so far and recommend to others.

This has a great screen, runs quickly, and is a nice size to travel with. I love how lightweight it is. And how it easily fits in my purse yet has a large enough screen to make it easy to view. It has good sound quality. Especially if you're using ear buds. Just wish that it would get a little louder when playing it directly off the device speakers.

This tablet is a nice size and weight but not exactly what I was looking for. I was looking to have a table that would work with the S Pen that was suggested as part of the "package" option that they grouped at the bottom of the order page. Once I got it home the pen did not work with the tablet and after investigating further, found out that this table is not equipped with the technology to work with the S Pen. So the tablet was just fine but I would say if you see the pen being offered just know that it will not work with this particular tablet.

This is an accidental comparison between an iPad Pro 9.7 and a GalaxyTab A 8" I had been using the iPad with FlyQ software in small airplanes as an electronic flight bag(EFB), providing moving-map GPS navigation with charts and approach plates, airport information, satellite-based traffic alerts and graphical plus textual weather info. The planes got panel upgrades, so this was built-in, and I only needed the EFB as a backup. The Tab A for $110 and free Avare app did the same job as the iPad + subscription app($$-$$$). The screen resolution is only about half of the iPad but more than adequate for aviation charts. The iPad may be a little faster, but doesn't affect this use, and the Tab A's battery life is excellent, possibly better than the iPad's. I had gotten the 512GB iPad, thinking I'd need that for all the charts of the lower 48. The 32GB Samsung handles the 3 or 4 states I actually need without a problem. The big bonus is, I'm not banging around a $700 iPad changing from plane to plane, and it wouldn't be tragic if the Tab A were damaged or stolen. The Samsung is very rugged and practically has no bezel or frame. Mounted on a MyGoFlight yoke mount, it tucks right into the control yoke, and does not obscure the panel. It links by WiFi in the plane to a Stratux Dual ADS-B receiver for the remote GPS receiver and satellite traffic and weather functions. It's a very affordable setup for a beginning or cash-strapped pilot. And, when you're waiting around at the airport, its a nice little tablet for your entertainment and communication needs.

I purchased the 8" Samsung Galaxy Tab A mostly so I could use Pandora to listen to music. Since purchasing I have discovered many more things I can use it for. The size is perfect, It is easy to handle and not too large to set on a table or dresser without taking up a lot of space. Charges quickly and holds charge for several days. Would highly recommend - I love my tablet!

I've owned this tablet for a few years - just now reviewing it... because I hate technology, haha I've had enough time to get used to it and love this tablet! I'm an android gal & this does not disappoint as it's a larger version of my cell phone. I would absolutely buy this again :)

This tablet is a real pleasure to use. Great picture and a fast speed in downloading anything I click on. I recommend this device to anyone who enjoys carrying around their connection to everything (books, internet, special apps, etc). Light weight and durable.

This was a gift to my daughter but I setup everything for her as she's only a child. The tablet is very user friendly for setting it up with extra security for young children. It is responsive and light too. Battery lasts for a long time...it is a little slow to charge but if you usually do it overnight it can be omitted. My daughter has been very happy with it too.

This Samsung tablet has been fantastic for our four year old. It's simple to use. We have Samsung phones that are mirrored to our tablets. She can easily login herself with her password and loves using it for her educational apps and the occasional YouTube kids time. Easy to use and it has a beautiful screen with good battery life.

4 years strong! I use this mainly for traveling on flights and I want to watch something instead of using my phone. It’s the perfect size! There have been times where I’ve wanted to depart with it, but because it’s so small and easy to carry around, I’ve found it hard with doing without it!

I purchased this for a home bound friend who is not very computer savvy, She uses it to check her facebook and watch youtube videos and listen to music. It is very easy to use and the wider screen helps her with videos and photos. Would highly recommend it, has a decent battery life and easy to setup,

Very good tablet, just what I wanted - at a price I could afford. Affordability was a big decision point for me along with good operating system, access to all the apps I like/already use. I compared the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 to the Amazon Fire 8 inch size. But the Amazon tablets are locked into the Amazon operating system and it's clunky compared to Android. And it does not automatically allow access to all of my usual Android/Google apps. (I have a 5 year old Amazon Fire so I know what they're like, even if the new Fire is "better" than the old.)_ The Galaxy Tab A was more expensive but not in the iPad cost range. It's very good, does what I want, responsive, just the right size for me. Note that this tablet will not make phone calls, strictly wifi use.

I bought this tablet for my son and its a great value compared to an ipad. It’s actually pretty fast and easy to work with but you would expect that from new electronics. I like that you can add memory and the kid safe mode is a +. Overall its a good tablet for the money.
