I've always liked the Galaxy tablets. I bought the A7 64GB to sort of replace my older Tab A which has a cracked screen(my fault, twice). I still use my Tab A for certain things because it still works. The A7 is phenomenal with the speaker setup. The tablet is meant to be used in landscape mode because the speakers(4 of them) are on the left and right side in landscape mode or top and bottom in portrait mode. The picture is beautiful and sound is great. The best part is that I got this at Best Buy as an open-box like new and shipped for free to my house for less than the price of the 32GB model. When it arrived it was in brand new condition. All the paperwork, charger and cords in a shrink wrapped Samsung Galaxy box like I just bought it new right out of the store! Why buy an apple when you can own the Galaxy.

I just needed a small tablet for casual use, such as web browsing and lighter games. This has been fairly exceptional in that regard. While not as speedy as my flagship Samsung phone, the size of the screen more than makes up for its shortcomings. I will recommend this for very light and casual usage, and definitely not for gaming or heavier loads.

This tablet is replacing an older Galaxy Tab A. I'm pleased with the purchase. The sound and battery life are great. The display is good but it seems to dim if I change my viewing angle but that could be the screen protector. I would recommend this tablet because it's not bad at all for the price.

I got this as a upgrade for my son when his fire tablet broke. This is a huge improvement, more storage and I added a 128gb micro sd card. The screen size is perfect for playing games and streaming movies. I picked up a protective case and glass screen protector on Amazon for this for 35.00 for both, and they work great together. For 200.00 on sale this is a pretty good deal for a mid range tablet with a 10.4" screen.

Now I can give you a full truthful review, after 2 years of using my tablet. As always Samsung delivered I haven't had any problem with my tablet, runs smoothly it holds battery life for days. Great purchased!!!!

I absolutely love it! I purchased the 64GB. Compared to the EXTREMLY expensive iPad, it has the smaller screen size. However, It does exactly what I purchased it for! Entertainment, and functionality, around my other Samsung devices. Especially, connecting subscription apps, To the T.V., (Samsung 55'' 7 Series, 7300.) This one, is strictly wi-fi. The resolution is fantastic. The battery, is fantastic. As far as I am concerned, It's a decent purchase! I also, purchased the Casebot protective case. BIG IMPROVEMENT. The tablet, by itself seems VERY vulnerable, if dropped, hence, the durability rating. Purchase a case!

It's not the highest end Samsung tablet on the market so you can't expect the world but for the price it can't be beat. Does everything I want it to do. Streaming movies and videos is great. The picture quality is almost better then my phone.

For me an excellent tablet to operate considering I have a iPad ? I the option of having a way to add more storage once again considering not able easily add storage to my iPad !

The Tablet works Great. It has Good Battery Life and Great Visuals. It takes a while to charge so if you plan on using it extensively get a long charging cord. The Audio sounds Great with Good volume levels. Great Alternative to pro tablets. I mainly use it to watch videos, shop, & surf the internet.

I absolutely love this tablet A7, my husband got the Samsung Tab S7 but I didnt want to spend that much so we foind this one and its perfect for me. I pay bulls on it and watch videos, video chat with friends and chwck my Social media accounts its great! I got a otterbox case for it to protect it.

I got this tablet to access Heos on my Marantz gear. To access Tidal music using Heos the tablet makes it easier to see and use vs my phone. Great tablet. Great looks and build.

Lovely and affordable tablet. It's almost the same config of the S6. It doesn't come with a pen but I have my on so I don't need it. It runs all my games nicely. I play: Fate Grand Order Bang Dream Harry Potter Puzzle etc. I also ready books and manga and it's amazing

You can't move apps to an SD card but you can download from the internet to the SD card. You can download movies from apps like Disney so they can be watched offline. The only app I can't do this with is Netflix, it has to use the internal storage. Any pictures or videos in kids mode can be saved to an SD card. There is a fast charge option that you can select but when I use my chargers (even the charger included) it greys out the fast charge option. It uses the regular charge only and it says 3 hours till full charge when it's at 50%. After researching I found that some can get a full charge within 1.5-2 hours if they use a 25W or 45W fast charger. I have an Anker portable battery pack that can fast charge any device I have except this one. Fast charge technology has been out on older, smaller phones for years now so I'm not sure why Samsung left it out.

Service response very poor. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 and the cover. I say I bought both because the Best Buy page for that item showed both and did not say cover not included. It show the 2 together twice. I talk to 3 different people who basically said the cover is not included it is only for display and the fact that Best Buy didn’t make that clear is my problem. I said to them if I advertise a car with tires and you buy the car and when you go to pick it up I say Oh the fires were only for display. Is that ok.

Galaxy Tab is Fine, this review is for best buy's stupid open box item quality and service. Horrible and terrible.... Best Buy open box excellent condition- means beat up scratched up, may even be a display item. Received my "Tab 7" in terrible condition, scratches on the screen and dings on the back + packaging is terrible.

I was looking for a replacement tablet and had 2 items at the top of my list. Speed and size. The Galaxy Tab A7 exceeded both of my expectations now that I've had several weeks to get acclimated to it. The 10.4" screen is perfect and big! The resolution is amazing and the 4 speaker system is on the sides of the Tab, so setting it down, or putting it into a cover like I did, will not suppress the wonderful sound. I added a Fintie case that included a strong magnetic BlueTooth keyboard and both are outstanding at a great price. The keyboard is handy if you are writing anything other than a one liner. Kudos to Samsung over the speed of the A7. My frame of reference was my prior tab (about 2 years old) and hands down it was no contest. On a 5gz wireless connection, the response time was incredible... almost better than my win10 desktop which is no slouch itself. No apps failed and all responded lightening fast. A very nice surprise was the built-in ability to essentially clone your Samsung phone during initial setup. In my case, I have an S8-Active and the Tab made the connection and cloned over all apps on my phone. I thought it would be like getting a new phone where I'd have to install my apps, but nope! Very nice setup by Samsung and I don't think I spent more than 30 minutes getting it functional. Great job Samsung... worked flawlessly. This Tab is a 2020 offering and though I don't like to be on the leading edge of technology, I don't regret going for it with the A7. This is an outstanding buy at a reasonable price (it was on sale and I saved $$$).

Great tablet and great screen size with 1080p display for reading, watching movies and videos. The tablet is relatively light with plenty of storage. The PRICE….can’t beat the price. I highly recommend this tablet. By the way did I mention the speakers? The quad speaker set up is awesome with clearer and louder sound.
