Pleased with our decision

For senior citizens, there's a learning curve. But we were very happy with our old tablets because of their ages. So that guided our decision to replace the old with new but sticking with Samsung. So far, so good. We expect it to get better and better as we learn to navigate the changes our new tablets bring.

SD Card is useless if you can't use it!

I find this hilarious as I had to find a 3rd party app to be able to copy files to the SD Card. Also please note that the developers at Samsung have disabled a previous feature to move apps to the SD Card. So while some may consider 64 GB as being plenty for Apps and Data it goes fast. I was really excited about this product until I started getting memory errors saying that was close to using all available memory. Music and pictures were the culprit and after using third party app to move them to SD Card I was able to use the tablet again. These are tools and tricks that many have no clue about and could make this device a deal breaker.

Personal and Work Use

I'm using it for work and personal. Watching Hulu and other entertainment apps is good. I have only 2 issues. First, is the camera picture quality isn't the best but takes ok pictures. 2nd is the samsung notes app isn't the most up to date version that matches my Samsung Note 20. But I'm guessing the update version for tablets will come soon enough.

I am used to using iPads so there was a bit of a learning curve. This tablet is functional for what I needed it for and it was inexpensive. It does however prove the saying “you get what you pay for”.
