    First brand new tablet that I ever bought. Even though it was an open box item everything was in there and works like brand new. No problems whatsoever and got a discount. Our service representative was very helpful and we ended up getting insurance on it as well as a new Best Buy credit card. Thanks Best Buy you're one of my favorite places to shop.
