I purchased this tablet because it could run some applications that my iPad couldn’t. I like the design and display of the tablet. I was surprised it had Face ID which was neat feature, but it only works about half of the time. No big deal there it most likely just needs a particular angle to work correctly. My main issue is that the power button and volume down button stopped working in less than a weeks time (10-12 hrs of use. Nothing happens when I push or hold those buttons. Volume up still works (for now). I cannot put the tablet in sleep mode and I’m afraid that if it runs out of battery and goes off, I will not be able to turn it back. Speaking of the battery, it charges so slooooooow and that’s using factory charger. It will not even charge with other cables. I will say battery life is good but overall disappointed.

Purchased for my son, so far so good. There are times it becomes a bit laggy but nothing to crazy. This is a good buy for light usage.

A little slower than the iPad that I’m used to but can’t beat the price. It works as expected.

I bought this tablet for my niece back home(Philippines) but after she opened it in 1 minute there were lines showing up on the screen looks like LCD problems. I called bestbuy and they said they will ask the manager to call me back if they will consider to replace it although the return policy date is over (not coming back to US not until April) but they never call me back. I wasted my money cuz the tablet can never use since they unbox it.

This is a very nice laptop as usual Samsung makes very good product, I bought it for my niece she loves it she stay on it 24/7

Better than my acer tablet. Pretty heavy. Hopefully updates don't slow it down

I am just going to say this right now, sure and iPad might be better, but can you get the current iPad for the same price as this tablet? Not even during Black Friday can you get a price this low, even if it was used. So if someone wants to say "Just buy an iPad" I will say "Okay, willing to slit the difference? It's over $300" On the other hand, this tablet is perfectly fine. Yes, it's not the fastest, but I don't need it to be. I just need this tablet to do its job and it does it with minimal slow down. Yes the screen isn't the best, but I don't need it to be - it works, full stop. If anything this actually looks like a tablet that was made in this decade; slim bezels, a centered front camera and usb-c along with a micro-sd expansion slot, and of course the large battery lasts a long time. Sure it doesn't have a fingerprint sensor, but it's a tablet that doesn't need to be quickly unlocked for any reason. This will handle anything that you need; emails, watching videos, online shopping and games as well. Even the speakers are perfectly serviceable so there are no complaints on my end.

I bought this for my grandpa- who was previously gaming on a 10year old samsung table that was cracked- and could barely hold a charge. He absolutely loved it, it was easy to switch all his data to the new tablet. The battery life is great- picture quality was great. He was so excited to get a new tablet for Christmas. He literally will not put it down now lol- its always sitting next to him plugged in even if he's not using it. I would 100% recommend this for kids- people who like to watch YouTube videos ( the screen is huge and has great quality) or even just to take notes etc on. Its great quality! Very light weight.

Update from my old Samsung Galaxy Tab. Easy to set up this new one and move all my apps from my old tablet. Great picture and runs well. All the apps run great and the tablet screen size provides easy reading/visuals. Has a good weight to it and easy to handle.

So far no problems. Its pretty large and easy to use. I wish the camera had a flash but it still takes great pictures nonetheless. Battery seems to last about 2 days with average streaming.

Works great. Nice size screen, lightweight. Fast & easy to use, if you don't need to much storage space then 32 gbs are perfect.
