A geek squad person helped to verify and return for another one. Geek squad is excellent and extremely helpful!

So table worked about 3 weeks. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN! Their customer support service is terrrible!

She is in another city and I can’t get the iPad back to you until we can get it after July 28th. I am hoping Best Buy can fix or replace it. I had an old tablet that the battery lasted for days, this one not so good. I got it at a good price and is good enough for what I need it. But being a samsung I expected better performance.

The picture quality is extremely poor by comparison to the older Model: Samsung Galaxy S2 which is extremely sharper and of higher quality.
