I replaced my nook and was afraid everything would not transfer. It’s perfect. I really didn’t want to re-learn a new system. The Samsung rep at Skokie IL store took care of me. Such a nice man bc and so helpful.

What's up with that? In fact, I often have to try several times to get this tablet to shut down as it keeps putting me into 'safe mode' when I want to shut down. Once I can get into the tablet, I do like it.

Major upgrade in battery life and storage capacity. Had held off on doing this because of difficulty in transferring data from apps. Found a program that facilitated that, so retired both my older tablets. Couldn't be happier.

I use it at work on a regular basis and its saved me many times when I wasn't able to use the computer at work. I also love how it connects to my samsung cell phone. I can't say enough good things about samsung

The build is solid, especially at the lower cost. Its great for browsing, shopping and streaming videos. Only down side so far is that it could be a bit slow but otherwise, Id definitely recommend
