What a technology jump from my previous tablet. Love the large screen and the newer operating system. Got a great deal price wise as well.

I replaced my 9 year old Samsung Galaxy TabA with this new larger version and am very pleased with its size and performance. I use it for games, email and social media, for the most part.

My daughter loves this tablet. She plays roblox and its runs so smooth for her.

I picked up the Galaxy Tab A9+ as a more affordable alternative to the Tab S8, and while it delivers on basic tasks, it consistently feels underpowered. App launches and multitasking stutter more than I’d expect, especially if you’re coming from a flagship like the S8. The 11″ LCD display is crisp for reading and light streaming, but it lacks the punchy colors and deep blacks of the S8’s AMOLED screen. Build quality is serviceable—plastic back, noticeable bezels—but it doesn’t have that premium feel. Battery life hovers around a full day of casual use, yet charging speeds are modest. If your needs are strictly web browsing, e-book reading, or occasional video calls, the A9+ is a budget pick that’ll do the job. But any heavier workloads—photo editing, gaming, split-screen productivity—highlight its limitations. In all fairness, the Tab S8 is a different class altogether, and you get what you pay for. The A9+ isn’t a “bad” tablet for the price, but it’s hard to recommend over even slightly pricier mid-range options that outperform it across the board.

I haven't purchased from Best Buys in awhile because everything is available online. But with the uncertainties, i.e., delivery, misrepresentation, shippingfees, etc. I thought I would give it a try. I purchased a Samsung tablet and warranty. The representative was a tad bit condescending when I asked about a cover. "I doubt we have anything for something this old" was her response. I said "Thank you very much" and left with my purchases. The very next day that item was on sale, a forty dollars difference for the tablet and and ten dollars difference on the warranty. Customer service was able to refund the money for the tablet, but I had to eat the cost of the warranty. I thought that was strange. I was going to keep it to myself, but you asked... The tablet works well. It has great resolution and responses quickly. I'm very satisfied with it.

Love my new tablet! Sturdy wrap around cover is amazing. Screen is large, easy to clean off. Holds a charge for a great amount of time.

Runs amazing fast response clear aound and picture quality. Overall really great tablet for everything but taking picture and video but its clear enough for video chatting

As a gift to my daughter Victoria on April 13th our visit was awesome going from the bottom to nothing but smiles the long wait was finally over. However a few months later the port seem not to work awesome tablet went to troublesome and under warranty it was considered for replacement. Everything worked out and the experience of my 12 year old big purchase was good overall being mature through it all. Big Thanks to Best Buy!
