Battery life and re-charge time are significantly better. The Smart Switch app was very impressive for transferring files and apps from the old tablet.

I have not yet opened it and set it up so therefore I do not know the life battery the durability or the display.

One downside is that this purchase is to replace a previous one due to the usb-c port breaking. We are being extra careful going ful with the usb-c port.

It is thinner and lighter weight than previous Samsung tablets and better screen quality. In addition, Samsung does an excellent job with their user interface and support

The tablet is nice sound and clarity. My biggest problem in them, is the lag. Had I known how slow they were, I may have gone with a different one. Not crazy now of the A series. Other than that and bad battery lengrh, as it runs down quickly, i would not purchase for other than for small child or Kindle
