It is cheap enough that if he breaks or loses it I do not care. I would recommend getting the more expensive version with better specs if it is for you. I do that and my tablets lasts literally 6-7 years usually dieing becasue I drop it or something. However if you are looking for a tablet that is cheap and will give you about 2 years before it gets painfully slow, this is your guy.

I bought one for my brother and I and they work wonderfully. He is rough on electronics, so with this I'm not so worried about him breaking an expensive tablet.

He was used to using an iPad, but it didn't take him long to pick up on this tablet. He uses it mainly to read his newspaper and play games. This tablet was easy to set up and connect to our internet.
