    For an entry level tablet and someone who doesn’t do much on the device at once it is a great buy ! Minimal tasks though it is very sluggish when you try to do too many things at once. However if you need something inexpensive that has a beautiful display to watch content on great buy

    Tablet made it 7 months and now only half the screen shows. Best buy will not honor MFG warranty. Will not buy Any electronics from Best Buy again.

    I am so disappointed in this tablet. It's slow and it keeps kicking me off of wifi. Whenever i go on youttube and click on a video, it takes forever to start (just a circle going round and round) or sometimes it starts right away then buffers. I had a fire tablet prior that did not do this so i know its this tablet. I regret my purchase and i missed the return deadline. Wasted my money!

    Unless you really really need a cheap tablet. I would save my money. Bogs down with regular updates after about a month. You get what you pay for.

    It stops charging after about 2 months old and I can't turn it back into Samsung because I don't have the serial number because it won't turn on and because I didn't keep the box who keeps the box so basically anything for Best buy are pieces of crap

    If all you need to do is watch youtube and play games, this might be okay. I’m really disappointed that Samsung disabled the ability to use this as a second monitor for a laptop. The battery life, touchscreen sensitivity, responsiveness, and user interface are frustratingly bad.

    This is the worst samsung item i have ever bought...it turns off and on randomly...it freezes,,,it does not charge sometimes...its worthless! 200,00 for crap

    When buying bought this tablet, i did not find an EIN number to match my plan. Therefore, i am returning it for a refund of the cost. I never was able to see it work or use it. Looks neat, but has many takebacks and drawbacks, sometimes the battery is not that best.

    Lasted only 2 months. Now it wont charge. We tried all types of chargers which work on all our other electonics.

    Thin and sleek

    We ordered this for my niece to assist with homework. I thought the box was a little light when i picked it up - i found out why when i opened it. The tablet is thin and sleek - unexpected as i have another Samsung and its thicker than this one. It was easy to set up and start using. Make sure you get a case as this seems light and thin enough to slide out your hands.

    Wonderful to be able to access both email accounts, conduct web research plus play games on a portable unit. The only personal negatives are I'm unable to perform email functions as easily as on regular computer and challenged in finding the correct button for settings (volume) due to poor eyesight. It's a great weight and size especially for the elderly. Need to turn off when not in use to prolong batery life.
