NewSamsung Galaxy A9+ is a 2023 Model
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 11" 64GB Model:SM-X210 for my spouse for XMas in Dec 2024. Nice tablet until she was unable to use a fingerprint for secure login. Turns out this is a 2023 model, and the function was implemented in the 2024 update. Best Buy cab do better than this they should indicate when they are selling last years models.

It wasn't working properly so I took it to geek squad and they told me it was not working properly and I should return it, so I did. I came back the next day to buy another one but the female manager would not give me the sale price even though she looked up my account on the computer and could see the purchase price I paid. She said that I should have exchanged it the day before. So I bought on Amazon for just $10.00 more than Best Buy sale price.

No wall power outlet comes with this product!

To my surprise there was no power outlet...only a power cord...not happy. I'm toying with the idea of return it to BestBuy tomorrow. I'm dissatisfied with Samsung, in order to use the tablet I now need go buy a wall power outlet! Really??? Thats cheaping out. BestBuy gets 4 stars on next day delivery.
