Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In two weeks it stop working it wouldn’t come on, went to the store they said I’ve to send it to Samsung like I bought it here why can’t Best Buy send it back.This is the 2 time buying tablet here for my son and I would never recommend any one to purchase at West Hartford because the tablets are always at fault

Awful, I regret buying

Also stopped charging at all sometimes for no reason. Should have just spent the money on a Galaxy Tab s9 instead.

If your Galaxy tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For instance, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Please take the time to review, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Tab A9+ Kids Edition.
