Galaxy pad

She really likes her new galaxy pad. She finds it easily to operate. Only issue is she has trouble with is the volume buttons. It doesn't lower the volume easily. This frustrates her. I haven't made the time to take it back to have the issue corrected. Otherwise, she is very happy with it.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You can quickly set the volume level for notifications, media, and system sounds. Here's how: From Settings, tap Sound > Volume, and drag the sliders for each sound type. You can also use Volume buttons to adjust the volume. When pressed, a pop-up menu shows the volume level and current sound type. You can tap the menu to expand it and then adjust the volume of the other sound types by dragging their sliders. He loves it. They love it! Not just for kids. Super durable and just a great product.

It has decent processing power and strong parental control features. It is less intuitive than a iPadOS but not terribly difficult to figure out. Works well for playing games and watching movies/shows. Have a stylus included is great but my son doesn’t use it that much right now. The protective case is bulky but it’s meant for kids so it’s perfect. The built in kick stand is awesome. I would get a screen protector and feel a kids bundle should include one but for the price I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this option if you’re in the market for a tablet for your kids.

I think it’s more durable than an iPad and it has better features and it’s honestly last longer and the image is great. My niece has an iPad and she uses my nephews Samsung tablet more and she asked my sister and brother in law to buy her one of these instead .the price range is definitely better as well

Love most of the parental controls but in kids mode they are unable to change screen dimness which is annoying to have to put in a parent code to change that.

It was easy to set up parents controls and the kids area is perfect to keep them off un wanted areas. The battery is a lot better to previous fire tablets we’ve tried before. Would definitely recommend.
